Location is good, not far from travelling places, has supermarket in opposite side, room is clean and strong shower.

Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable.
Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again.
Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

My room had a balcony, which was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately, it took a long time for me to figure out how to open the door to it, since the door was broken. There was also some old trash left out on the balcony that nobody bothered to clean up. Outside of that, the hotel was neither amazing nor horrible. The staff was not very friendly, but they were not rude, either.

Superb views over the old town towards the reconstructed Tang gates (btw the museum dedicated to the archaeology of the Tang gate foundations is superb), the hotel is in a great location not far from the river and local restaurants. Great shower, large room with comfortable bed, checkout time 4pm which was really useful, would definitely stay again.

Nice and comfy room. There’s a supermarket on the opposite side. Near to Lijing men and Luoyang old town.

Well situated within walking distance of Lijingmen and the Sui/Tang heritage area, the hotel was nice and included both a humidifier and dehumidifier in the room, necessary for the dry autumn Henan air. Staff were very helpful too.
