酒店還是很不錯，價格合適，房間比較寬敞，酒店內設施齊全，有拖鞋，免費的飲用水。前台服務態度也很好，周邊出行吃飯都很便利。

房間地理位置好，門口就有公交站，對面就是河南科技大學（開元校區），過一個路口就是龍翔美食街。房間乾淨整潔，環境好，服務態度更是不錯。下次來洛陽，還會選擇這裏。

很不錯，離龍翔小吃街很近，交通也很便利，出來就是公交車站牌，旁邊有一家牛肉湯，非常好喝，值得推薦，大家預訂起來，服務態度很好，退房晚了一會兒，前台也説沒事，態度很好

洗漱間很多很多很多很多蟲
看起來是強開裂的原因 小蟲子一直從那個角落爬出來掉在洗手枱上
衞生間也沒有乾濕分離 淋浴頭打開後會澆到馬桶上

最低級的設施，最高級的價格（331一晚），酒店住宿讓我對洛陽好感全屋。洗澡發現沒有涼拖，酒店竟然沒有涼拖，打前台電話問涼拖怎麼沒有？結果永遠接不通。電視竟然也衹是擺設，打開送你一片藍光，温暖你住宿寒涼的心。洗浴設施標明的有香皂、護髮素，房間沒有擺就算了，我去問竟然告訴我它們酒店沒有這些東西，沒有你房間洗浴設施標明有，是來專門欺騙顧客的嗎？對了，連接前台的電話也是擺設，點了呼叫前台後衹會嗡嗡嗡，就是不連通。房間小倒不是問題，關鍵是你服務到位啊，問什麼都是沒有、不知道，難道我外地漢語和洛陽漢語不通？房間出門也很方便，床邊一步之遙就是門，甚至不用費勁站起來開門了，呵呵。中午十二點退房還帶打電話催的，打電話催的時候你們的座機信號可真好。房間剛進去的時候味道特別重，這是沒打掃乾淨嗎？仔細一看果真是沒打掃趕緊，床頭桌和床之間的狹縫裡還有煙頭呢。環境差就算了，隔音也差，天天晚上都是嘈雜的聲音，我是來體驗新型噪音酒店裡吧。不推薦住，特別是出來旅遊的。漲價住宿體驗還那麼差，投訴投訴。哦。對了，這好像是洛陽本地居民開的酒店，怎麼外地人不陪你們服務是吧。
