設施老舊，房間除了床上用品看着還比較乾淨，其他的都看着有點臟，牆也臟，洗手枱也臟，連簌口杯都是臟的。前台的服務還可以，家人的腳受傷了，想提前入住房間，前台也儘量幫我們協調。這點還是很好的，但硬件水平真的差。衹是位置好，在運管所斜對面。

衞生環境可以，住的可以服務態度很好離觀光車也很近，能隨時隨地觀察到旅遊的風景，能有效的放鬆心情，總體來説非常不錯下次還會繼續入住。

優點是近牯嶺街 位置好 停車場比較大 自駕看中停車場 缺點是裝修太舊了 電源開關斑斑點點 看起來有點噁心 門刷卡處也破開掛在外面 浴巾破了二大口 下次不會選這家了

酒店乾淨衞生，在牯嶺街上，逛街買東西吃飯很方便，離美廬很近。酒店也有飯店，早餐品種不錯，中餐也在那裡吃的，紅燒肉味道不錯

乾淨，衛浴可以，乾濕分離。
飯店右边就是运管所站。在廬山坐小巴很方便，服務人員會安排去那坐，坐那一台，飯店對面有一條全部吃的，但我二晚都吃大眾點評第一面館，在郵局對面。
