Pros:
Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you.
Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

這個廣場內有3幢高樓分佈着三家酒店，一幢麗楓二樓柏岸三幢普瑞斯，三家酒店本人均體驗過，硬件不差上下，品牌及知名度麗楓要響亮些，但是服務卻是栢岸最優。麗楓前台比較呆板，機械化程度較高，舉個例子：客房拔房卡後會自己關上窗簾，進電梯要刷卡，對於標房客人來説需要配置兩張房卡，到總枱辦理時，總枱服務員竟然很機械化的説：“弄掉了要賠償的”。這個道理誰都知道，但是刻意提醒會讓客人難受。順便一説，還是好評點贊，希望酒店管理者加強服務意識培訓，在當前的經濟環境下，酒店業不用多花錢卻能賺大錢的就唯有服務。

房間有味，五樓窗户沒有窗紗，蚊子折騰的一晚沒睡好，
服務更差。昨天早上六點多停電，到八點半了，打過10幾個前台電話都無人接聽，也沒有人告知停電多久，沒轍衹能倉惶“撤離”，提着行李從安全通道下樓，遇見服務員跟沒事兒人似的，到了前台也沒有一句抱歉安慰的話，這樣的服務，絕不會有下一次了！另外，安全通道堆放着大量雜物，這也不符合規定吧！
