對酒店很失望。首先在辦理入住時，我們在大堂尋求服務員幫助拿行李，服務員以忙為由，沒有給予幫助，更沒有聯繫其他服務員提供幫助。其次，進入房間看見衞生間牆面瓷磚大片黃色污垢，確實讓人懷疑房間衞生是否有認真打掃。最後，因對酒店衞生有顧慮，因此穿着一次性拖鞋洗澡，後尋求服務員再拿兩雙一次性拖鞋給我們，結果給我們的卻是兩雙用過，且鞋底還帶有污漬的拖鞋，雖然後面告知前台，有重新給我們換，但這行為簡直是太難以讓人接受了。希望酒店之後好好提升下服務質量，不然不利於酒店後期發展。

房間舒適，工作人員熱情接待，環境衞生，設施完備。周邊有市場（很大），蔬菜水果豐富。院內停車方便，屬於坡景湖景房。很願意推薦朋友來此酒店住宿。

親身感受到酒店的環境設施和服務優良！房間超乾淨有新風、床品超舒服有一枕兩用、窗簾軌道超順滑，淋浴間的天窗讓房間乾燥清爽有詩意；每天都有水果、小食或當地果茶在桌，某天晚上還送來温牛奶和蒸汽眼罩助眠！早餐豐富又有地方特色！煮麪姐姐很貼心！在“小梨院”還吃到了不辣的菜！離開酒店時天下着細雨，田經理撐傘把我們送上出租車揮手告別！在這裏，我們體驗到以人為本的優質服務！
