Haven't found the right hotel yet?
To be honest - You cannot fault this Hotel! Rooms were of a good size, plenty of hot water, quiet room, lots of toiletries - Corridors can be dark but of good quality! Spa was amazing and did the job. Reception Staff were lovely, helpful - although made me wait for 5 minutes or so as they said I hadn't paid - then realised I had..Not their fault..Prob Head Office..Not sure.. But did get an early Check-in at 730am on Sunday Morning..Massive Thank you!! Breakfast was ample, but for a 4 Star could be better! First time I have ever had Brussel Sprouts for Breakfast!! The Waiter in Breakfast was lazy and uninspired..Never were we greeted and looked miserable/fed up. LH Hotel must start to provide a Coffee Machine or Flasks as it is ever so time consuming - especially when the Waiter doesn't seem motivated. I would stay again as long as the price was right and Restaurant issues are addressed! The Restaurant let the service down...sadly..:(
