The location is fabulous, within the famous Jonker area. Overall the room is nice with basic necessities providing for a good night's stay, shower water is a bit low in pressure and hot water. Due to its age & room rates, I would say the hotel might need to do some refurbishment for a more competitive run with others. Downside if you are driving there, do park your car opposite side of the of the hotel which changes the overnight rate of RM12 per entry, do note the road leading into the hotel is closed to all traffic everyday evening from 6 pm to midnight. Lastly, the staff is very accommodating and friendly.. 5 stars to them.

2D1N but they did not help to clear our bins or clean our room in any way. However, everything was clean when we entered. River view is great. Staff are nice. Would book again because worth the price.

Nice view & nearby with heart of melaka. You can easily excess to jonker walk street food & see the beauty of sungai melaka just in your room. Will return back to this hotel when i go to melaka again next time. The room is well kept but it is not so sound proof. You can hear people at another room sneezing but it is not a big problem for me. The cleanliness is good. Reception is not 24 hours so please contact the hotel first if you want to do late checkout.

Too noisiest location , car sound non stop whole night. Location is good nearby all famous spots.

Everything was perfect, location, staff and room

dirty room Once you enter the toilet, the toilet door is rotten and there are many ants in the toilet. The sheets and curtains have dirty marks, the hotel must take it easy but the room I paid for is quite expensive and cleanliness should be prioritized but everything dirty is not worth paying expensive for this hotel .

Good location, friendly staff, but a bit poor in soundproof issue
