The only good thing is it in the park. The restaurant was awful and ran out of things as time went on. Every time we received our food it was incorrect. The rooms were filthy. The carpet was dirty and I asked 3 times for someone to clean it. For the price it should have been much better and have more convivences (tv, internet, refrigerators and microwaves).

Our cabin was perfect, we woke to 4 deer out the picture window on the back of the cabin. The sunrise view over Lake Yellowstone from the lodge porch was magnificent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

This was my first time staying in Yellowstone and not camping. The cabin was quite small, but it was recently remodeled so everything was fresh. It was a little confusing checking in because you drive by Lake Hotel & Cabins before reaching Lake Lodge & Cabins. At check-in the staff was helpful and friendly despite it being the end of the season. Our cabin was in C Section which allowed us to see the lake and watch the sunrise over it from inside the cabin. As long as you can handle small spaces you'll be fine. If you are accustomed to more modern and larger rooms, you'll want to stay elsewhere.

I spent a great week at the Lake with my dad. The cabins are easy to get to and park near the entrance. My dad enjoyed walking the area and taking photos. You can get to the canyon in 20 minutes, old faithful in 40, down to Grand Teton in an hour, and up to Mammoth Hot Springs in 45 minutes. Yellowstone is amazing and this sits right in the center. The accomodations are typical for a national park. No TV, standard tub shower. The water was always warm and sufficient. Good mattresses.

The first thing to know is that you have to go to reception at Lake Lodge to get the keys. From the outside, our cabin sort of reminded me of an internment camp. However, the interior had a very pleasant rustic motif and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was in good working order. There was a fan and built-in heater that kept us comfortable even though it was in the 30s overnight. There were no microwave, refrigerator, or WiFi. Food could be obtained from Wylie’s Canteen located in Lake Lodge. It has limited hours of operation but we thought the food was good. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Lake Lodge Cabins.

We went there expecting a view of the Yellowstone lake. Only the main lodge has a view but no rooms. Our cabin was quite far at the back. It was raining so a bit inconvenient to unload. The room was comfortable but a bit cold. We were only there for one night. However, the main lodge is just beautiful with a grand view of the lake. There are trails from the cabins. The breakfast at the main lodge was terrible.

This property has so much potential but it was obvious to us no effort was put into making guests comfortable. No basic amenities are available other than a small bed in a tiny but cute room. No tv, no hair dryer and no room for luggage. With very limited eating options, and dietary restrictions, we had leftovers we planned on eating, but found out when we arrived no microwave was available. The employees we asked said they get that question all the time. How hard is it to add one microwave for guests? What do families do with babies? The grounds were so unkept. Potholes were everywhere and toilets sitting outside cabins during renovations. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area. Rooms are priced too high for what you get! It is evident these properties take advantage of guests because demand outweighs supply. Shame on management!

These cabins are small and efficient. They are clean and cozy. No amenities, we recommend purchasing an electric cooler to keep your drinks, lunchmeat, etc in your room. Plenty of drawers to unpack if you wish. As others have said, no a/c, tv, etc - but you won't need it. Yellowstone is cool at night, almost cold - and the heater does work. I recommend these cabins.

Lodge itself was nice! Dining menu could be better. Our sheets didn’t seem fresh/clean. Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Bathroom was updated and clean!
