My biggest mistake was to rent this place. and this that your advertising is very good. but NOT THAT WERE TO see! . first error is that your location in Airbnb is bad. sends you to another address that is not. I continue to call Reception to ask for location because I am not from Managua. and they never sent it to me. I decided to search on the internet and finally arrived. when I came to reception the young woman was chatting and without saying hello he told me ”wait”. I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. I work in Hoteleria and I understand sometimes there are errors. but it is. it's important to fix them but it wasn't that way, the poor in attention, in accommodation and in tracking I suggest NOT GO TO THE SITE. it's not hotel. maybe it's Hostal. and if you can check out my profile I've never had a problem with my renters as well as where I've got Host. The folder charged me the money again after I paid on the trip platform, claiming that the platform only gave them 27% and charged me again 31 dollars more, saying that the platform does not advertise that it has two types of rooms, one with fan and the other with a/c and it costs 58 dollars a/c the pool area is dirty the water in the pool is green in short the hotel is kind of neglected

We enjoyed our stay at the Nicte Hotel, such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very quiet, the bed and pillows are so comfortable, the view from our window was so pretty , the rainfall shower head was appreciated. The nice clean pool and the yummy breakfast a plus. Friendly, professional staff, especially Adiak. The only thing I would recommend Management is to add a full length mirror and a mini fridge in each room. Other than that, we highly recommend this little Oasis when traveling to Managua.

Literally just crossing the street from/to the airport, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Rooms are like small cabins, clean and tidy. Nice setup with two pools. The hotel facilities are Nicaragua style and so is the breakfast - good traditional breakfast, but don't expect a western breakfast.

The staff here was very friendly. Melissa from the front desk was so helpful to us the entire time, providing suggestions and calling shuttles for us. The room was spacious and provided us with a great view of the trees nearby. The AC was very powerful, which is good when you've been outside all day.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, the time our flight landed and the convenience of being close to the airport. We arrived late at night and their shuttle was not available so I was told they would have a taxi waiting for us to bring us to the hotel. That never happened. Upon arrival - no greeting from the woman at the front desk and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. She explained nothing to us and only asked for payment. I had to ask for water, amenities information and the time that breakfast is served. The rooms were comfortable, I like the three beds and they have AC. My husband however, made the mistake of looking behind one of the bed posts and there was tons of hair, dust and dirt accumulated for who knows how long. It was awful! In the morning - same, no greeting from a different woman at the front desk. To top it off - they were supposed to refund $50.00 back to my credit card. As of today, no refund! So on top of being rude, they also keep the money that they say they are going to refund. Pros - bellhop was extremely nice and helpful and so were the gentlemen working in the restaurant in the morning. Other than that - I would stay far away from this place. Or maybe because we are latinos we are treated differently than other guests. We will never stay here again and we were very excited to be here as this was our first trip to Nicaragua.
