酒店餐飲是硬傷，部分人員也有待培訓。吃的來説住一晚還好，牛排或者菌子火鍋二選一，兩天以上真沒法吃，還沒有點菜或者其他吃的，附近農家樂離得也遠，味道也有些一言難盡。。不過酒店管家小宋不錯，全程協調各種事情，處理得都很棒。

一到大堂 被酒店的菩提樹吸引 非常漂亮。
酒店整體呈現出環境非常秀美的感覺
酒店的古樹非常的多，入住的時候前台就專門介紹了下那幾棵樹。

隱在熱帶雨林的豪華度假酒店……環境，食材，服務相當不錯……江邊的温泉，温暖的陽光，美味的野生菌湯鍋，還是前台，行李員，泊車保安，餐廳經理、服務員服務都很熱情周到。酒店依林傍江，還有個史迪威二戰紀念碼頭紀念館。這裏離熱帶雨林森林公園也不遠，畹町鎮幾公里……離機場一小時車程……是芒市排名第一的度假酒店……錯峯來此度假，舒適愜氣………

就跟東南亞很多園林風格的酒店一樣，硬件很不錯。淡季人很少，體驗感挺好的。早餐也沒有因為人少打折。酒店自己養了一些兔子，孔雀等小動物，可以去看看。適合自駕，停車方便。一定要挑刺的話，那就是公共温泉開放時間有點短。

酒店維護的非常棒，對比了好幾家最終選擇了翡華，果然不是所望，超大的温泉♨️，夠孩子玩鬧一整天了，由於是自駕游到店非常疲憊了人，駱經理主動幫忙拉行李，送我們回房間，路上還介紹酒店附屬的營業場所，很主動熱情，一掃疲憊🌹🌹，下次還有依舊選擇～

環境：優美

設施：設施對應這個級別沒什麼毛病、就是公共設施因為人少的緣故吧、也有些損壞了、
衞生：衞生做的也很到位、
環境：環境應該是很不錯了、
服務：這服務真是一言難盡、前台辦理就一個小哥效率真的很慢、一個人做好幾項工作、酒店的各項服務大大的拉低了酒店的水平、衹有迎賓員們很熱情服務很棒、眼鏡小哥和大個，室外温泉晚7點就清場關閉了、這不是開玩笑嗎、這麼好的環境早早7點就不能泡湯了？下次誰還來？餐飲、一個星級酒店、就兩個餐廳、還要預約、不預約酒店連用餐的地方都沒有、這還是節假日，太垃圾了、並且沒有配備室內泳池、室外泳池又是冷水。是不是知道大家不會來第二次、

優點：酒店環境很好，服務員小媛也很熱情介紹酒店及周邊好吃的好玩的。缺點：位置偏遠，交通不便利，離芒市一個小時左右的路程，離瑞麗三十多公里，適合自駕，來住的小夥伴一定要有車，餐廳餐食太少，建議能改改

服務很好 提前聯繫 幫我們放温泉水。定的親子房 算是住過的最大的親子房了 房間非常好。自己環境也很好 淡季去人不多 户外温泉沒有全開 但是也夠泡了。 缺點：就是周邊沒啥可以玩的吃的。

很完美的體驗，讓人走後還會回味，服務很棒，酒店温泉看着瑞麗江，很美很美。酒店的位置不算偏僻，去市區的國道沿路也很美麗，離瑞麗也很近，去哪算方便。酒店旁邊的小吃店很有當地特色，當地人都很友好熱情，讓人懷念的芒市。
