設施條件一般床單被罩污漬到處可見，開門可見紙屑蟲子，服務更談不上，找吹風機一小時回覆，去服務枱沒見到人，住過好多酒店這個酒店是最差的一個了

訂的倆大房間，但是網總斷或根本連不上網，總得找服務員幫忙弄，電視看不了，換房間衹能換小房間也不退錢，也不能升級好一點的房間，沒有免費的瓶裝水，洗手間毛巾臟，不能用，多虧自己準備了洗浴用品。房間燈光暗淡，衞生間反臭味，衞生間門也關不上，味道大的很難入睡。如果是老年人拿大行李，進大門口有很多台階，不方便拿行李，來的時候有服務人員幫着搬到電梯裏，走的時候自己就相當的不方便。

不好意思太忙了忘記評價了。老闆人超好，我們找不到停車的地方，老闆親自下來接。預訂的優惠房間比較小，正好當天有空房，老闆還給我們升級了房間！房間很寬敞，安靜且舒適！超棒！以後再來滿洲里還住這裏！

衞生間臭味怪味令人作嘔，入內需閉住呼吸，排風抽氣陼地漏也沒用，讓服務員入衞生間體會呼吸一口氣，反覆拒絕，還説沒聽其他顧客反映過。作為攜程入門賓館還需要提高服務標準及設施水準。

房間在當地還算可以，就是設施陳舊，尤其電梯，20多層的樓房衹開一部電梯，剛到時，上電梯要排隊，我覺得有上當的感覺，還好住了2天後，第3天給開了2部電梯。其它服務還算可以，就這樣吧
