御水古温泉度假酒店大象水樂園小朋友們玩的很開心🥳，下次還要再來，謝謝前台張曉文美女推薦，給我們升級了房間，非常滿意這次入住，酒店房間很舒服，還可以泡温泉♨️！太棒了👏👏👏🌟🌟

🚗 交通：開車很方便，酒店有免費停車場
🧹衞生：衞生就不是很好，花灑上面水漬明顯，設備設施老化嚴重，房間上面掉漆，見圖片。
🍃環境：酒店整體環境還是很不錯，特別是泡温泉蛋地方，大大小小有幾十個温泉池還有遊樂園，帶小朋友來肯定還是不錯的選擇
🔔服務：張麗華小姐姐很不錯哈，在住期間有任何問題都積極協調解決，在此表示感謝，走的時候還送了兩瓶礦泉水和水果，還是可以

一去到前台小姐姐就耐心幫我們處理訂單，特別點贊樑晶晶小姐姐，服務超級貼心，幫忙提行李並引導我們到房間，並且有任何需要隨時都能第一時間幫忙處理。房間乾淨衞生，整個過程也是比較舒服的。朋友一起出行，在這裏都能有很好的心情。自助餐也是比較多品種，而且味道不錯，下次度假會繼續來

帶一家人去泡湯，環境優美，景色宜人，所有房型茂名動車站免費接送，特別方便，園區比較大，有各種特色湯池，還有大型小童水上樂園，温泉區免費茶飲很貼心，園區內還有美食區，經濟實惠，住宿區還有茶室，別墅區有座小山，早晨可以登高晨練，早餐在接待大廳旁邊的西餐廳，樣式還不錯，餐廳工作人員比較熱情禮貌，前廳接待比較辛苦，就一個人，忙的一頭是汗，表揚下，我們住的是兩房私湯別墅，上下樓的，還有種平層兩房，下次可以體驗一下，古温泉從清朝到現在了，值得去，有機會再來，五星好評，提個建議，客人在園區感受不到工作人員的熱情，除了前台和餐廳，其他無一例外都不會打招呼的那種，是不是要加強一下管理培訓，服務好每一個顧客對吧，離店時送了水果小吃，消毒濕巾，很暖心❤️

温泉的品種很多，有牛奶的，還有玫瑰，或紅酒的等等，都是比較潤膚的品種。泡温泉的温度也是可選擇，每個池的温度都不同，有高些低些的，全憑個人喜好任意選擇。一張門票就能在這裏待上一天。配上小食，簡直不要泡得太舒服，工作的煩惱都被忘光光了。酒店前台樑晶晶的服務超級好，認真負責，一看就是受過專業培訓的，光憑樑晶晶的服務，這個酒店的五星級就實至名歸。值得再來！

（映月樓一樓）房間舊，第一次安排的房間還漏水，換了房間後，房間沒有電話配套，電風吹壞的，找服務員換還有用自己電話打電話，被子穿洞，洗手間一股臭味，還有一大衹蜘蛛，好多蚊子，一言難盡。
公共温泉區，温泉池沒有持續放温泉水，也沒有過濾，温泉水泡的時候都涼了，温度不夠，更衣室一股味，乾淨毛巾發黃，一堆放的亂糟糟，不問服務員還以為是臟毛巾。温泉區的洗手間太臟了，噁心。
2019年第一次去御水古温泉時，各方面給我的印象很好的，如今真不行。這次失望而歸。

預訂的時候也沒有房間詳細的圖片，看到100平的兩房別墅就直接定了，價格1800+。原以為是兩房一廳，結果就是兩個單間，除了個床外啥也沒有。外面有個庭院，wifi也連不上。這個結構下，娛樂衹能外面的庭院，在這種私密性較差的地方，就麻煩把房間隔音做好點吧，隔壁説話一清二楚，隔壁旅客十點半就要睡覺，那我們沒法在外面聚會，衹能各自回室內房間。
蚊子巨多，要找前台要蚊香才能拿來，蚊香煙巨大，衹能在室外用。晚上睡覺一直在打蚊子沒法睡。
温泉內那麼多櫃子，一個乾淨毛巾都沒有，衹有更衣室才有浴巾，很無語…
另外買了238/位的喜來登晚餐自助，種類很少，位置都找了半天，稍微貴的衹有牛排和生魚片。但是八點三文魚都沒了…

我們訂的是小別墅環境還不錯，房間裏就有温泉池可以泡，我們去的比較早房間還沒有完全收拾好就看見阿姨在幫我們消毒温泉池洗的很乾凈。温泉區裏面還挺大的有很多温泉池，固定時間還有表演看。我們選在工作日去果然人比較少我們玩的也開心，酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，最後推薦一下早上和晚上的自助餐真的很好吃特別是芝士蛋糕，晚上的蝦吃一口就嚐出來了非常新鮮。
