房間比較大的的，設施也是比較齊全的，洗漱用品也是齊全的，床上用品也是比較乾淨整潔的，老闆態度還是不錯的。

非常不錯的住宿，在茂名市中心茂南區比較繁華的地方，一棟單獨的建築，老闆夫妻兩個人很客氣，房間看起來乾乾淨淨，裏面的床單被單都很趕緊，晚上住起來一點都不吵鬧，很是安靜，安安逸逸的睡了一個好覺，第二天精神滿滿，老闆還給電動車充了電，必須好評。

首先旅店的位置是有點難找的，它不是在馬路門面的，而是要拐進巷子裏才能看到門店。老闆給了一間靠外面的房子，窗口一看出去就是馬路，空氣流通不錯，光線也不錯。空間挺大的，還有一張沙發，這房間確實夠寬。廁所是靠近房子內部走廊的，有排氣窗，電熱水器洗澡方便。有電視機但好像放不了，有熱水壺。衞生搞得挺好的，乾淨的。毛巾浴巾這些沒有，洗澡洗衣服的話要自己想辦法。這房間性價比可以，算是好的了。

乾淨是第一感覺。設施比較陳舊。老闆人不錯。交通非常方便。馬路對面有幾間車站的快餐店。房間晚上有點吵，關窗就好。晚上開窗的話會有蚊子。房間面積大，性價比高。

地理位置不錯，周圍吃飯的地方也挺多，服務也算周到熱情，設施等較陳舊，考慮到價格，整體感覺馬馬虎虎。

房間挺寬的，除了沐浴毛巾要自帶，其他都挺好的，夏天最好要個空調房，現在吹風扇還不是很熱
