房間做了免費升級，可以在房間陽台帶孩子泡温泉，寶寶很開心！很驚喜是園林這麼大，居然沒有蚊蟲滋擾，值得點贊！晚餐自助餐中規中矩，甜點出品不錯，品種不多。早餐自助比較滿意，總體來説體驗不錯。如果周邊配套可以更完善，交通更方便就更完美了。

在攜程上再三比較是住海邊還是住温泉。鑒於最近天氣狀況，最後在攜程上買了這家酒店的套票。喜來登酒店、温泉、早晚餐，這個價格真的很不錯。入住之後，更覺得選擇沒錯。酒店本身高大上，喜歡酒店的裝修風格。酒店服務一流。知道我生日，還升級了陽台房，能在陽台上泡温泉。另外酒店的餐飲也相當到位，自助晚餐因人不多，改為半自助，加一杯酒，説實話，比自助餐更合我們意。早餐也相當豐富。古温泉就在酒店旁，人少温泉正。以後來茂名還會選這家。

房間設施齊全舒適，景區內各種遊樂活動很適合家庭出遊，因為雨天沒有完整體驗温泉區域，房間的泡池設計非常適合我們，滿足感十分。特別謝謝李強李經理的熱心幫助，在隱世感十足的温泉酒店還能享受到喜來登標準的服務，必須力推給身邊的朋友。

到預約當天下午臨時有事去不成，攜程和酒店幫忙改了期，服務槓槓的。到了酒店還給升了有泡池的房間，晚上好趕上節目表演，從陽台剛好看到。環境很贊

趁着假日和小伴侶來到茂名這家喜來登度假，從進門到離開，一直感覺都是特別棒特別棒的，工作人員非常熱情，有位高高的前台小哥哥特別貼心，雖然一個小動作，但我們印在心中。
雙早雙晚的餐式也非常滿意，刺身供應很及時，菜品也很多，比我們當地喜來登更豐富呢，嘻嘻，露台房晚上更能看到酒店安排的歌舞表演，實在漂亮。
另外，因為我們買的是套票含御水古温泉，這一點非常失望，裏面很多設施都是壞的，也有一部分不開放，如果維修或者整頓希望能及時公佈告知，我們去玩的最終什麼也沒玩到，御水古的設施也有點舊了，既然温泉門票和喜來登酒店一同發售作為套票模式，也希望酒店能監督以及提前報備一下那邊的情況，不要讓客人落空。
總體來説，喜來登是滿分的。
