天很冷了 沒有熱水 聯繫前台派了工作人員 後告知管道還是鍋爐問題 詢問何時有熱水 説不知道 直到第二天退房仍然沒有熱水 酒店也沒有任何人做任何錶示

住進來的時候猶豫了一下沒有住帶氧氣的房間，結果半夜醒了很多次最後受不了五點多就離開了。我老公連煙都打不着，這裏空氣還是相當稀薄。所以一定不要省錢住帶氧氣的房間或者記得自己帶氧氣瓶。這裏的人晚上閉店很早，基本八九點街上就沒什麼開着的店了。這個月份還是很冷，保暖措施要做好。不過房間非常暖和，有熱水，有加濕器。賓館後院就是停車場。總的來説還不錯。

住的房間裏有點悶熱，一整晚都沒睡好。第二天問服務員才知道原來房間已經有地暖。感覺設施和工作人員服務都挺好的，但是因為悶熱影響了住宿體驗，有點小遺憾。特意把這個事情反映出來，希望酒店後續可以調整，讓後來的客人們都能住得舒心。

在果洛如此高海拔地區有這樣的酒店很滿意了，掛牌四星，印象最深的是所有服務員都很有禮貌，藏族小哥哥小妹妹見面就問好，酒店設施完備，乾淨衞生，點贊！！下次去還會選這裏！

選擇這家酒店是看上了標準氧氣房，因為出現高反十分不舒服。酒店位置還是比較好找的，停車也方便，有專門的免費停車場，衹是吃飯不太方便，衹有酒店門口有間小吃店。因為門口在修路，有一小段爛路，估計100米，但不影響交通。酒店整體服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，設施也好，還配置了免費的速溶咖啡和茶葉，下次還會選擇這家。

我們下午4點過從德令哈返程的，一路上的風景特別好看，然而從香日德開始，海拔攀升，風雪急驟，我們艱難前行，最後在瑪沁縣落腳，這個酒店讓我滿意在他房間有地暖，外面零下幾度，裏面非常温暖，房間有加濕器，不知道是不是還有製氧功能，我們晚上開着睡覺的，海拔應該有3600多吧，還是安穩地睡著了，如果覺得地暖太熱，可以把窗户開一點點兒，很舒服的。洗漱用品還有準備了身體乳，這可是大西北旅遊的必備，太幹了，太幹了，我非常需要哈哈哈，最後早餐也不錯，好評

房間的設施和衞生都相當不錯，在3700這樣的高海拔地區，有製氧機晚上睡覺就舒服多了。加濕器會讓你不覺得那麼乾燥，很棒的體驗～服務員們都很熱情，一見面就會打招呼～看到他們打掃房間，地毯都用專門的機器洗乾淨，非常棒！
