WARNING! On the 2nd January, I booked a stay at the Seclude Kerala Marari Sands and cancelled WELL WITHIN the free cancellation period because my friends had just returned and warned me not to go, saying the staff were unhelpful, the accommodation was tired and not very clean, and the food was terrible and that they had both been ill after eating in the hotel. Unbeknown to me, the hotel had already taken full payment of £872 for the whole week from my card which I gave in good faith to hold my reservation on the 2nd of January, and despite so ***y messages, emails and calls, I am STILL waiting for my money to be returned almost 2 months on. They told me a month ago that they had refunded me, but still nothing.
