Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund

Friendly and incredibly kind staff. Food choices were excellent. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The pools were beautiful. I would suggest more serving staff around the pool. It took quite a while to order something.

Property and service was average at best. We stayed for 4 nights and my bill (including room charges) was over 8K. The room was clean and had a great view (booked ocean view) but the entire time my wife and I felt like we were at an "all inclusive" resort where there are massive lines for everything and you are just a number. Spending over 1k a night on rooms and then having to pay for a chair at the pool or beach front is just wrong. Especially when you are competing with what seemed like day passes or membership people who weren't even staying at the hotel. I don't like to complain but I overheard others that weren't happy as well.

Maybe expectations were too high, but there is nothing fabulous about the resort. Pools are overcrowded with nothing special for the kids except a small slide. You spent most of your time in a queue for towels, drinks, food or reception desk. Beach is nice, but nothing to do with the resort....not mentioning that everything is overpriced with little quality or service.

We loved the variety of things to do at the resort- there was truly something for all tastes and ages to enjoy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pictures on the website do not do the gorgeous beach justice!

The staff were so accommodating & the beach was incredible. Hammocks dotted around for an afternoon repose. The interior design was a delight to the senses, every light fixture, beautiful plants & flowers, even the seating all through out the hotel was a welcoming. This resort was Paradise 💜

Great welcome and room was ready early. Large convention was there so pool was crowded but still service was great.
