There were some issues, one partially, but reasonably resolved, the 2nd was not. I decided it was best to leave one day early. I contacted the Manager and he told me that his head office had agreed to refund my unused day. I have 2 emails where he stated clearly that his would happen. He was dishonest and this did not happen. If there are no issues, you will probably find the facility reasonably comfortable, but if there is issues my experience is that the Manager will flat out lie to you. One other issue is that when you contact a property through Expedia, they typically will not respond. If that had happened, I could have cancelled the booking for something that met my needs and avoided writing a poor review.

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago, and since then it has gone through a renovation. Stayed here for three nights while visiting family in Maribor. The front desk staff are great - the night of my arrival, the receptionist was waiting for me! Rooms are basic but have everything that you need. Note, the shower pressure which is usually something I complain about in hotels was fantastic! Lots of power ports, etc, but the room did not have a desk if you would like to work from the room. Breakfast was awesome and had more than enough variety for most. I’m an extremely light sleeper so I found some noise did carry through the hotel, but I find that in most places. The only complaint I would have is that the cost of parking was slightly high for Maribor.

We had booked a suite and a superior double room for two nights. The rooms were exactly as we expected. ( and as they were advertised). Very comfortable waterbed in the suite, forthcoming and professional staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Well equipped gym that can be used free of charge as a hotel guest. The breakfast was also very good. Overall a very pleasant experience- highly recommended.

Good location, 10 minutes from city center. Free big parking, very convenient for a hotel in Maribor. Acceptable price. Small rooms, I was surprised by the old TV in the room (20 years old :)). Breakfsat OK for a for a three star hotel. Nice amiable staff. We will come back if we visit Maribor in the future.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time during our stay at Fani & Rozi Bed and Breakfast. Situated at one of the most scenic places in Maribor - old town district Lent - and overlooking the beautiful Drava river, the place is boasting a wealth of charm and character while also offering all necessary amenities for the modern traveller. The rooms have been recently renovated and effectively combine modern and traditional styles making them an extremely pleasant place to stay. Our children loved the fact that the place was so near to the river which is full of floating white swans and ducks. All Maribor's main attractions can be conveniently reached on foot and the hosts were extremely helpful in offering 'insider tips' for our explorations of the town. Finally, I'd definitely recommend Fani&Rozi B&B for all travellers who are (like myself) bored of mainstream tourist options and look for more genuine travel experiences. To this end, don't forget to ask the hosts about the history of the beautiful building!

This small hotel is located very convenient - not far from the car bath, close to the city. The congress with the car bath is also not a difficult one. The hotel has a friendly staff, good breakfast, clean. Reception only until 22:00, but if booking is required, wait. The hotel is locked at night and the guests are given the keys to the entrance door.
