Just come back from a week in blue bay platinum and must say from start to finish it was awesome, all the staff can't do enough for you, the entertainment team work there socks off, Charlie's darts game made the holiday. The food is really good so much to choose from but if your travelling with fussy eaters then the snack bar is open from 11 where u can get a good selection of pasta pizza burgers hotdogs Southern fried chicken fish and chips, if u have a sweet tooth then you have vanilla patisserie where u can get ice cream and a range of cakes. Beds are really comfortable and nice big pillows had 7 nights of really good sleep. We also done the Davey Jones boat trip which again was a good day out

We had double room comfy beds room was over looking kids pool it was lovely, hotel very clean in all areas staff were lovely and helpful especially Barbie 😁 jeep safari is a great trip well worth the money if looking to book use Mr travel opposite hotel location is great

Blue Bay Platinum is great. The guest relation manager Huseyin Murat Yakin was absolutely amazing! very kind and so helpful. The hotel is so clean and smells so fresh. The waiters in the restaurants was so helpful, courteous , and did their very best to make my Holiday experience fantastic. Their names were Birhat , Ibrahim, Okgan , Galip and Verdat and Cabbar Sef. They would greet us with a big smile. The food was excellent too. Their is three choices of swimming pools and the bar man at the relax pool Alex was also 10/10 customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and i will definitely return soon. Thankyou so much to all the staff for making out holiday so wonderful! :) :) :) :) ;) From Maria

The best place so far in Marmaris , all round perfect with only a few minor flaws, The location, perfect, so squeaky clean everywhere , the food was outstanding , spoilt for choice and serves food all day , brilliant snack bar 11 till 5 , long entended breakfast till 11 am , Fabulous ice cream and cakes from 11 till 5 , and dinig room with at least 15 choices of food for lunch and tea , 2 bars to get drinks 4 pools one a quiet one, entertainment was good in the evening and Charly was amazxing in animation with fab support from Mia , small flaws is they have a beach area but no all inclusive there , and theres no A Le carte free service like most all inclusive Hotels , mainly becuae they have two places at the front and back , and finally may need another life guard as theres two big main pools and its a lot for one poerswosn, but overall first class and will be booking to go back there for sure

Fantastic hotel in a great location of marmaris. The cleanliness is second to none, it really is spotless. The staff are wonderful (everyone in reviews mentions Alex at the adult pool but it’s all true, he’s a great guy) The food is really good, we never struggled for anything to eat, snack bar is great as well during the day. Tip would be treat yourself one night & try il primo attached to the hotel, they have a special offer and it was the best meal we had all holiday!! The rooms we had were perfect, Air Con worked fine, beds very comfortable and as an extra you can add English sky tv for £15 for two weeks which was decent for at night, loads of channels including sport and movies. Late check out is available (at a cost) up till either 4pm or 9pm. Didn’t use SPA so can’t comment but did use the new tattooists which is tucked away near the SPA and indoor pool, very nice guy who I believe has only been there a few weeks. Only basic work done but very impressed with what he did, met others on the holiday that had bigger pieces and they were impressive. Tip for a quiet drink in the day outside from the hotel would be the white lion just up the road. Me and my lad like a game of pool and darts and this pub was great for it, best free pool table we could find in marmaris and no hassle at all from Adam the owner. Pool table at the hotel was a bit tired but was ok for a quick game. Overall 5 stars from us, very impressed.

I’ve just returned from a wonderful and VERY happy holiday with one daughter and 2 of her friends who came over from Aus for some travelling in Europe. I’ve been solo before and that was very good, also. We had an absolute blast. We met lots of happy campers and the staff really went out of their way to make everyone’s holiday wonderful. I have to specially mention the value in treating yourself to a treatment or few at the Spa. Ha 🤩 it’s almost addictive as it’s so amazing. We all sampled the early package of tanning prep, it was truly Amazing. I can highly recommend the reflexology which is MUCH, Much more of a pampering than I was expecting There is a Spa ambassador, you’ll definitely catch him around the resort, he’s so VERY pleasant and helpful. He has a book FULL of possible treatments for choice. Also the multi tasking ladies and gents in the hairdresser’s are all wonderfully talented. It’s also very reasonable and each of my wash and blows were exciting and FULL of volume. Lastly, but not least, if You’re with Tui, their rep Michelle is amazing, she is virtually always around, She’s incredibly helpful and with actually living in Turkey for 20 odd years she really knows her job and much, much more. You’ll have an absolute ball.

I have been here for 3 weeks but I leave tomorrow I have had an amazing time at the hotel and will definitely return. The reception staff are second to none they are so helpful and Friendly. The food is good but a bit repetitive after 3 weeks but that's to be expected. The snack bar by the pool is good for snacking by the pool but the restaurant is better if you want nicer food and the waiters are so helpful and the vanilla patisserie is has amazing cheesecakes etc. The only thing I could probably say was a bit disappointing was the pool entertainment team they were probably the worst I have ever seen apart from Charlie who tried his best,they did a dance at 10am but had no heart in it then again in the afternoon 😕 a couple of pool games but I've seen a lot better and they only spoke to people they mixed with

Alex who works at the relax pool is extremely helpful , nothing is too much for him. Made the stay even more relaxing. He worked hard keeping the area spotless, everyone hydrated. He is very polite kind and helpful. Make the relax pool worth staying for the whole trip.
