Isla Apart

Did not stay in apartments, however went for a tattoo from Taner the tattoo artist within the apartments. Amazing experience, best tattoo I’ve got yet, love the piece! Would highly recommend and will be returning for more!!

Did not have a good experience here. 1st room had dirty floors, dirty walls. Couch had cigarette burns and looked dirty. We asked to move after the 1st night and got moved the following day. 2nd room was an improvement but still not great. Room was not serviced daily. Cooking facilities were minimal. We asked for ice on one day and they couldnt give us any. No bar facilities and no food. Pool was empty when we arrived. They did fill it on the 3rd day of our stay but the water was filthy so couldn't be used. Staff weren't very helpful bar one. We were due to stay 10 nights but left before and moved to another hotel. Very disappointed as Marmaris is a beautiful city. We were advised it is off season (early April) but this hotel should not accept bookings when they don't provide the facilities advertised.

Had the best time here staff are extremely helpful very accommodating myself and my 2 girls had the best 2 weeks. Rooms are spotless my only down fall was I never had a pool side room as requested other than that I can’t fault the Isla ❤️ the tattoo studio is spotlessly clean i designed a tattoo and was done to perfection can’t wait till next year

7/10/23 - 21/10/23. What can I say, great hotel. All the staff were excellent, Max, in particular, couldn't do enough for you, Fernando was very helpful too. Rooms were cleaned daily and always spotless. Meals were very nice and a good variety at reasonable prices. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room, so this may be a little misleading as regards self catering, but who wants to cook on holiday. Pool was spotless, with a fun slide for the kids, and the big kids of course. Will definitely return, thanks guys.

This place is a little gem, having stayed in a few hotels in Marmaris, this is by far the best and will definitely book again. Rooms are modern and spotless, bed and towels changed daily by the lovely cleaner. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back

We stayed here september for 2 weeks. Beautiful looking hotel. Checking in was easy. Had 4 rooms booked we was a family of 12. All put on 2nd floor. No lift. Got to our rooms well they were a lot to be desired to be honest, requested room change as my mum has mobility problems. Was moved next morning to ground floor, beautiful rooms. The 1 negative is the self catering. Its non existing. No cooking facilities. We hired a toaster but other than that lovely. We ate food in the bar a lot and every single time fantastic. Portion sizes to extra bread. Lush. So well done chefs. Even late night mert went to make my son pancakes bless him. Staff =. Well where do i start they cannot do enough for you. Literally will bend over backwards for you. Mert what a man. The most lovely man i have ever met in my life so polite and friendly. Also fernando, ali and joseph and even the owners are so lovely. Making sure everything was good. These people make the hotel. Dont ever change guys. We had the best 2 weeks with you lot and was a pleasure to meet you and will see you again. Also fernando makes the best caramel iced lattes. Try one u wont be dissapointed. All in all you will love this hotel just be prepared not to cook in ur room. Lol. Suppose not that u want to on hols anyway.

Honestly amazing experience, the Apartment are a little back from the main ***** . The cleaners literally are the best , our room was cleaned daily and she even made little thing on our bed. The cleaners are 5 star for me . The bar we only went once but they were amazing very friendly . For a self catering accommodation it's honestly was a good stay

Loved absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel. There were 12 of us all together and other than having to change two of the rooms and that the self catering facilities should be more equipt meaning more cooking utensils and plates cups knives forks ect everything was perfect. The service from each and every member of staff was second to none. The food was absolutely beautiful and so much choice. We all felt so welcome and looked after. Two staff members in particular made our holiday first one being Fernando. What a man he made me smile and laugh every single day i was there. Looked after me and my friends Made me feel so safe and happy. He works so so hard to make sure everyone's stay is as happy and comfortable as possible Nothing was ever to much trouble for him and he would go out of his way to help us in any way possible. Maybe love is in the air. Who knows but i would be so happy going to see him again and spending time there. Secondly Mert my friends think the world of him. Such a genuine caring and hardworking young man. Nothing was ever to much trouble for him no matter what tome of day or night it was he would do anything for any of us. Ali another barman. What a funny guy and damn can he move haha. Also a big shout out to the tattooist jeremiah. We were awkward with changing minds and designs but he had the upmost patience with us and the end results are beautiful. Thank you all so much xx
