WOW! Absolutely amazing place to stay. The service was wonderful and our room was outstanding. The attention to detail with rose petals place all over our room was lovely. The room was large, private and quiet and very luxurious. When we checked in we were greeted with Moroccan tea and snacks and given a tour of the Riad. I only wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful home away from home.

Lovely Riad! Calm in the midst of chaos. The courtyard and common areas have traditional Moroccan decor. We stayed in one of the senior suites, which was luxurious and beautifully decorated. Most important for us it was very clean-the staff could be seen cleaning regularly throughout the day and came to the room periodically while we were out to freshen up the towels etc. Staff was kind, pleasant and ready to help. Their restaurant serves Moroccan specialities with live music and belly dancer. We chose to eat at their sister property right across from them since it had rooftop dining (Terasses Des Arts: separate review). The breakfast was basic continental with Moroccan breads, cheese, cereal, yogurt, mint tea and juice. only challenging part for us was the walk through the souk/medina to get to the hotel and having to dodge the speeding motorcycles, smells and sights of meat carcasses. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Kniza in Marrakesh. The Riad itself is stunning, showcasing exquisite Moroccan architecture and decor that transport you to another era. Its location is exemplary, and provides easy access to all the interesting sights in the city. Truly a tranquil oasis, Riad Kniza was the perfect retreat for us to recharge at the end of the day and make the most of the bustling city of Marrakesh. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any of our needs or questions. A special thank you to Fatema, who was instrumental in making our experience so enjoyable. She ensured that our booking process was seamless and that we experienced the best of what Riad Kniza had to offer. Her warm hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Riad Kniza for couples looking for a romantic and luxurious retreat. The ambiance, service, and overall experience exceeded all our expectations.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. We stayed here by chance on a weekend away without the kids for a short break. The hotel is right in the thick of the old town and offers class, bliss and glamour. All rooms well appointed, rooftop is amazing, food is excellent and the staff are so very friendly and helpful - they are your tour guides to the city and could not do enough for you.

Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with delicious Moroccan pastries and fresh fruit. A perfect blend of comfort and tradition.

Amazing place. We stayed 3 nights the place is unbelievable beutiful. Great food. Service excellent. I highly recommend this place. A small paradise in Marrakech. Little difficult to get here because is inside the small streets. Son the taxi driver can not get into this area. But just 100 Mts to walk from the street.

Exceptional service from the staff. Yes, the rooms are beautiful, the riad itself and courtyards and sensationally furnished, and this makes for a comfortable stay, but the standout is the attention and support of the staff on the premises. Their attention to your needs, requests, and desires are not only met but they go above and beyond your expectation. That is quality, and more than deserving of a 5 star rating. Another fantastic aspect of the riad is the food. The restaurant was ready to cater and customize the breakfast we requested and the dinner was more flavorful than any other restaurant meal we had within Morocco. And food was abundant. Special thanks to Isham and Bouchra for making our stay absolutely fantastic!

The most beautiful Riad and close to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The Riad is absolutely fabulous snd everything you can imagine in a Morrocan experience. Filled with fascinating and beautiful books, pictures snd furniture it is an oasis to relax in and enjoy Rooms are perfect and the breakfast on the roof terrace is very special The staff are what always makes these places so special - here they are fabulous. Be sure to visit the family collection of artefacts in their Museum and private shop across the street (you may have to ask for the owner to show you !) We can’t recommend this stay highly enough - will certainly be back and make recommendations to all our friends.

Warm and welcoming from walking through the door. Fabulous surroundings, clean, lovely spacious room and bathroom with superb shower. The hospitality is second to none thanks to all of the lovely friendly staff. Walk across the alley and there's a rooftop restaurant owned by the same family. Serving international and Moraccan dishes. The exotic salad is delicious. Downstairs is a studio exhibiting beautiful photographs of Moroccan way of life and architecture. Ask politely and you may get a private view of the family museum also right next door. I loved this riad and will definitely be returning. It is tucked away in the local food shopping area, so you get a real sense of Moroccan life, as the streets are bustling with families buying their daily provisions. Just watch out for all the motorcycles as they don't take prisoners. I will continue to gush about this place for months as I loved it. ❤️

From the moment we entered the Riad, they welcomed us with snacks and Mint tea. Checked with us on our plans but did not push any of their agenda. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. They served us a great breakfast spread in our room each morning. Each member of their staff, smiling and helpful. Perfect welcome to Morocco.

A BIG thank you to the outstanding team of Riad Kniza. We stayed for 1 week and never wanted to leave. The room exquisitely furnished and spotless, breakfast on the roof terrace a delight every morning, dinner fabulous and a team that looks after you in a most friendly and discreet manner. They organised an unforgettable trip to the Atlas mountains and a guide for our 1st day to take us through Marrakech. They even prepared a surprise for my husband´s birthday. There´s not one thing they could have done better!

. This riad is a hidden gem, wonderfully restored to an exceptional standard. Combined with the opulence of the traditional decor are the amazing staff and great food. Everyone is so incredibly helpful. It is peaceful with hidden rooms, a pool, water features and a great roof terrace. I also had a massage which was totally relaxing and just what I needed. It is hard to find fault with such a wonderful hotel. We were not in one of the bigger rooms, which we caught glimpses of sometimes when walking past, but even our room was wonderfully decorated and spacious. We ate dinner here on the first night and that was also a great experience with great food in a wonderful setting.
