Very nice hotel. Very nice and spacious swimming pools. The rooftop pool is very nice, you feel like you're in the middle of the medina and at the same time it's very relaxing. The bottom pool is very large but there is quite a lot of noise in general. We had to be upgraded when we arrived, which was really nice. The service is very good, however the breakfast is of good quality but the choice is quite limited and that is what disappointed us the most. In short, a very good experience :)

This hotel is tucked away and very unassuming from the outside. Inside, it’s very quaint and the rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent and they have a menu that can accommodate various palettes. The staff is really nice and we’re very attentive. I truly appreciated the entire staff and will definitely recommend others to have a stay here if they are traveling to Marrakech. P.S. take advantage of the country club- just a short tram ride away to experience the quiet and relaxing pool area and cabanas. Staff and food there are excellent and was a very nice surprise. Massage was awesome too

I booked the hotel after one of the other reviewers on here kindly answered some questions for me. It was bliss. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast buffet had lots of good choices and pool area was a delight. All the staff were lovely too. I’m really surprised at some of the other comments here which say the staff were unhelpful. Maybe it was the stress of operating through covid. For me, after a few days they knew my name, what I like to drink, where I wanted to sit and offered me a very late checkout before I even asked. The only ****** was that you can’t set the air on temperature individually for your room, it’s set for the whole hotel. Ample complimentary bottled water in the room every day. I didn’t use the spa, so can’t comment on that. The restaurant and alcoholic drinks are v expensive, but there are plenty of restaurant choices outside (although only the most expensive serve alcohol). The location is great, just a 15 min stroll to the Djemma El Fna, and 30 mins (or short taxi) to the Jardin Majorelle. All the taxi drivers know where it is too, unlike some of the small riads, if you’ve done so much walking you need to taxi back from somewhere.

Been to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. A very clean and exquisite shop, the lobby staff are seen cleaning the floor every day. The breakfast is also very rich. Although I don't like taji pot, the chicken taji is still delicious and there are many varieties of fruits. The location is also good, right at the gate of the market, you can walk to various attractions. We even walked past the Ysl Garden. It’s about 25 minutes. It’s good to walk around. I don’t like the taxis here. I don’t like the price. I don’t bother to talk about the price. The attractions are very close and can be solved by walking.

I can honestly say this was one or the best trips that I've been on and what made it was the outstanding service from the full team at the Riad. I visited with my husband and 3 friends for a 4 night break in January to get some winter sun. The riad arranged transfers from the airport and we were met on the street by a member of the team who led us to the hotel and transported out bags. We were greeted warmly by name on arrival in Riad and given tea and treats while we waited for our rooms. Siahn then took time to ask what we wanted to do while on our trip and planned every small detail for us including some fabulous restaurant recommendations. Nothing was ever too much! The service was personal and better than most five star hotels that we have stayed in. Siahn is a credit to the Riad, she truly is outstanding. The suite that we booked was excellent, the interior was done to a high standard and the bathroom was next level luxury. We organised a cooking lesson in the Riad with the chef Fatima. We met at 11am, went to the markets with Siahn and Fatima to buy the ingredients and then cooked lunch together and enjoyed it on the rooftop with some wine we purchased while out and about (the Riad is dry but they were happy to provide an ice bucket and glasses) As a *** couple we were slightly nervous about staying in Morocco but it was as never an issue and we felt safe and welcome at all times. The Riad is in a great location with some many restaurants, bars and the souks just a short walk away. It’s the ideal location! As a group we have now decided to make it an annual trip, the hotel was extremely affordable and had the most perfect set up. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday! We can’t wait to come back and stay with you guys again

A little problem with forgetting to book a taxi, but quickly forgotten by the welcome and the support of the staff. The hotel is really new, completely clean and comfortable. The large and beautiful garden is really an essential element in this complex, it changes from large structures with building and swimming pool alone. The restaurant, the dishes and the waiters are really taken care of by everyone. it's a nice surprise. One point to improve would be to turn down the music in the restaurant, it is uncomfortable by force. Also, it is a very good idea to prevent and target adults only.

What a hidden gem! We were so lucky to have found this Riad in a quiet street in the Medina. The location, facilities, rooms, and service were all amazing. The rooftop pool was a bonus given the temperature and a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle. The spa experience was also fabulous with a traditional Hammam and a massage afterwards - all on site! Special thanks to Abdul and Abdullah who looked after us so well during our stay, to all on Reception that helped us with all our excursions, spa bookings and general questions, and to the housekeeping team who kept the whole place spotless. We had a wonderful few days and would highly recommend!
