Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Τhe room was not very spacious. However the bathroom was very spacious and we were also provided coffee capsules and a bottle of water for free, as a welcome. Generally good experience!

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel that has everything you need to make your stay fantastic. It has a pool and restaurant on the top floor with sea views. Very delicious food. The hotel breakfast is very complete and very tasty. I would return to this hotel many times.

We have stayed at this hotel before and always find it very clean and pleasant. sometimes when things go wrong they are not put right immediately as was the case this time there was a problem and it was not remedied. Rooms have a coffee maker and coffee is provided everyday. The breakfast is such good value for money, proper bacon proper sausages. This time our towels were quite tatty and maybe this was just an oversight. We would definitely return again. The bus stop is right outside and it is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived, especially the front desk staff. The room was also very clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to local transportation. One minor issue worth noting is that there was some noticeable noise from the hotel renovation. However, the renovation was almost done on my last day. Moreover, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of my experience at the hotel. Overall, I found the hotel to be a delightful place to unwind, and I would recommend it to others seeking a convenient and hospitable accommodation option.

I was informed of the improvements to the balconies at the hotel,before our trip by the hotel ,which was very much appreciated,we were put into the apartment block opposite,the apartment was excellent,lovely balcony,across from hotel ,had everything for a relaxing break,the staff and breakfast at the hotel were fantastic,and looked having chilled drink at the bar ,before venturing out for tea,I am looking forward to returning,and I will ,and the improvements that were ongoing whilst me and my partner were there ,will only enhance a lovely hotel,with great staff and relaxed atmosphere,you can see there’s pride in how the hotel looks ,it’s a credit to all involved .

I stayed in one of the cerviola apartments. Which was clean and spacious. With a nice sea view.

Terrible and traumatic stay at Cerviola Hotel in Marsaskala, dirty mouldy hotel, infested with bugs, beds not clean or changed, pillows moved to other side with sweat, blood and other dirt. Rooms leaking with water on the wall, floor and fridge, serious health and safety life risk, but when reported the owner laughs at you, then shouts and insults you. When second room received, someone already been there, after third key given, we had to clean the whole room as no housekeeping, given key to the laundry room. When we wanted to move to another hotel and requested the money back on the first day when a flooded room 111 given, the manager refused, and said you can go with no money. On third day the receptionist demanded more money and did not give us the room key when we returned from a trip, were kept waiting for an hour until they spoke to the organiser of the group, still no apology even the hotel made a mistake. Refused the VAT invoice at departure from the hotel, they gave us some point out with part of the money paid. Please avoid at any cost, this is not a hotel, with this abuse not even a hostel.

Staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food which was all very tasty.

We've been here for two weeks. When we arrived we found that our room wasn't quite what we expected. We spoke with the manager, Marco and he immediately found us something more suitable. We've been quite happy. The staff including the young ladies who clean our room every day are very helpful and pleasant. The location is great. Close to restaurants, beach, groceries. The rooftop pool and restaurant are very good. Overall we are very happy.

NEVER AGAING IN THIS HOTEL! I had booked this hotel from 21st to 25th of june for 2 persons. We paid the deposit one month before we came for our room. We came for wedding of our dear friends same as the other unknown people from group that came from Serbia. Two days after we came the hotel, staff assigned some lady into our room WITHOUT asking for our permission. Offcourse I went on the reception immediately to ask for help and I ask to speak with menager Alexio Borg, employers told they can’t do anything about my problem and the manager never show up to fix this problem. So, me and my friend were in that room with unknown lady for 2 days. As me and my frined’s checkout date was on the June 25th, and that lady Gordana’s checkout was on the June 26th, one day later, we agreed to leave our belongings in the room until we leave to the airport later in the evening. However, without informing us, the cleaning staff packed our personal belongings, (in the room were personals things, money, jewelry) into large garbage bags and left them at the reception. The staff even yelled at us, questioning why we hadn't packed our things yet, again without any warning. Gordana was then moved to a smaller room, again without any prior notice. This situation left us feeling displeased and frustrated. In the end, even though the initial agreement was for the price to remain the same, the room was charged at a higher rate for Gordana. At the end, friend who is living there went to speak with menager Alexio, and he insulted her based on her Serbian nationality,threatened and curse her, and slamed the door into her face. The worst experience ever!!

Nice hotel was not happy with balcony as was facing walls and no sun. School children on same floor very noisy through the night banging on our door was reported but not done about it
