Good: The room decor was very nice The mattress was a perfect height off the floor, no pole vaulting to get into bed. Room was clean. All amenities were functional. Having an iron and ironing board was a step up. I felt safe.
Bad:
Door from parking lot into the hotel nearest my room (120) was only randomly functional. It took several swipes to get the door open which is no fun when you have your hands full of suitcases, etc.
Nitpicks:
Bed was too soft - woke up with a sore back.
Soundproofing could be better. Neighbors had kids, but at least they went to bed at a reasonable hour.
Breakfast ended rather early at 9 AM on the nose. I got the last (overcooked) sausage patty at 8:40 AM.
Overall: You could do way worse, but I expected a bit better for the money.

The staff was really nice and helpful but the room we stayed in needed some repairs, the sink was cracking and the shower leaked every time it was used and then would drip for an hour after used. On the plus side the waffle station was nice!

My son and I came to St. Louis for the weekend to visit family. The hotel was reasonably priced, and it is in an area we usually stay in. The lobby was very clean and nice looking. The gentleman that checked us was very nice. Our appeared to be outdated. The bathroom flooring appeared new, and the bathroom items appeared new-ish. The shower curtain needed to either be be disposed of, or deep cleaned. The area behind the night stand clearly had not been dusted in God knows how long, and the room didn't have many outlets if you needed to charge multiple things. The breakfast was nice, and free. Would I stay here again? Probably as the issues I just laid out are minor.

Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Hotel was clean and easy to get to.
Downside was only restaurant nearby was Hooters, but actually the big fish sandwich was was GOOD!

the hotel was dirty in the room, and bathroom was not clean. The smoke detector was not working and hanging from the wall. the heating system was not working properly.

Airport shuttle didn't start until 7, too late to be useful. Only restaurant nearby was a hooters. Only one cup and coffee packet in room, couldn't get more.

Was an okay property. A couple yelled at each other when we checked in. Room was alittle dirty but overall okay for our 5 hrs stop to sleep.

Our room looked quite nice at first, but the longer we looked, the worse it got. Brown stuff on a chair. Another chair looked like it had been chewed on. Beat up walls. Carpet was filthy. Poor selection of toiletries offered. And our toilet spewed water out of the side every time we flushed. Staff was mediocre at best. Breakfast was adequate, but I was looking forward to my hotel waffle and the batter was watered down. Bed was clean and comfortable at least. Slept well enough though, and we were only passing through.
