Good environment, clean, convenient parking, convenient shopping

My room wasn’t ready for hours ! Then when J hit a text that it was ready I went to the room & it still wasn’t ready ! I had to wait outside the room with my items ! Woke up the next day & noticed something red was in my bed !

Very nice suite and friendly staff. Good granola at breakfast. A lot of construction in the immediate area.

Decent hotel. Good breakfasts. Room was clean but could have used more attention in some areas. Asked for extra hangers twice and never got them. An odd odor in the room, not offensive, just odd.

I had a good experience when I stayed there for 8 nights in June 2023. Kind staff, good fitness room and laundry, and quiet, comfortable suite.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Westport Location. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Loved having the kitchen but also the courtyard area to BBQ and hangout with friends.

Property was well kept and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better though.

Our family was visiting St. Louis for a graduation party.

I will be back as a regular. This hotel met all needs at a reasonable price. All amenities were amazing!

It was actually really nice and clean. I only had an issue with getting double charged once I checked out. I’m still waiting on that to currently get resolved. Everything else was excellent from room, breakfast, and indoor pool.

Stayed 4 days, 3 nights Cons: upon arrival, our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes- that were not ours! There was dust on the appliances and our iron leaked water all over our clothes. We were asked at check in if we wanted housekeeping daily and we said yes, just to come in daily for the basics (pull the trash, make the bed, provide fresh towels) which never happened and then on day 2 of housekeeping not showing up- the front desk staff told us that housekeeping only provided these services once per 7 days......ummmm gross and this is not what they told us at check-in either. The linens on the bed and the towels smelled foul our entire trip, which was also never addressed... the front desk staff tried to argue with us on night #2 about coming to clean out the dirty dishwasher and provide housekeeping and to say the least; we will not be returning. Upon check out, the dirty dishes WERE STILL in the dishwasher and our concerns/issues were never addressed throughout our trip..... Pros: the set up of the room was nice and having a full kitchen was nice.....thats about it.
