Greeted by a friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Room was in the back building and it was newly renovated, but we struggled getting our luggage through 5 doors before we got to our room. We figured that was due to extra security measures when they closed in all the outside entrances, and adjoining building entrances. Breakfast was excellent, everything was acceptably clean.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was clean - standard size room with comfortable king bed. Included 2 bedside tables, desk and chair, tv, 4 lamps, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, luggage rack, iron & board, hair dryer. Clean looking carpet in bedroom area, laminate flooring in bathroom area. Small samples of shampoo & conditioner & lotion were provided. All rooms are accessed from outside. The rooms on 2nd floor are accessed by outside stairwells. There were no available outlets for charging phones or computers. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled badly of smoke.

Very fancy and very nice place !! Some kind front desk works but some aren’t . Also got charged $75 for my service animals without being told . And the first night I called about it they said they never charged me $75 they only charged my $25 and that $25 would fall off in a couple days then the next day I call and finally talked to someone that knew what they was doing and said they seen I was charged $75 for having dogs. Was very mad I was never told. Bc that was a lot of money spent for just one night as is then add $75 more to it was a bit ridiculous
