Best hotel i've ever seen...9.8/10.... Waiting for the water kidzone (AQUA), shore plays e.g ( volleyball, Tennis) and construction of the water corridor... Hope to finish them next year.... Really amazing experience. Thank you Rixos 👍

We came here for our anniversary trip from London and had the most incredible time ever! The guest concierge ladies specifically Menna samir, guest relations supervisor & Gihan whom took care of us throughout our trip and made our trip extra special and we are grateful for them. The food was delicious, the hotel activities were wonderful. The overall experience was extraordinary. We will be 100% returning again.

this was one of the best experiences ever, i had a business meeting that was a very successful one as the staff was very helpful preparing and maintaining the meeting area with a good data show and sound effects (audiovisual effects) moreover the house keeping and room service were excellent, as well we had an exceptional morning seatime activity with an amazing sea gym experience not to mention the exclusive katering experience with the international causine. special thanks to Mr Faramawy (MD) the dream team walid and muhaab from the reception ahmed and sayed from the concierge rana and mariem from the guest relation mohamed ahmed and Helmy from housekeeping

Great customer service Breakfast options seemed limitless Comfortable bed Lifts arrived quickly Well equipped gym A number of the staff do not speak English (a good opportunity to practice your Arabic 😀) also there is little to do/see outside the hotel itself as the area is still under development. Special mention to Osama and Abdullah in Reception. 👍🏻

Every thing was perfect , the Reception team , the House keeping team, The Chefs, The Buffet, and a very friendly staff The room was well equipped by every detail you imagine… the infinity pool was awesome. Actually one of the best experiences In my life
