Simply perfect! A paradise on earth! Andrea, our spanish reference at the hotel, was superfriendly, kind and profesional! You'll be very wellcomed at BCN when u'll  come back Berenice, the Marketing manager, was supernice, we had very good conexion with her!  Since the very beginning we feel like at home. Our appartment was GREAT! very well decorated, full of details. It has one king size bedroom superconfortable,  the bathroom was very clean and spacious with everything we need  with a shower and a bath, totally new. The Kitchen was full equipped  and the Saloon had a confortable sofa.  The terrace has a great view to Mautius Sea! The breakfast was incredible! Prepared by James and his wife! Oranje juice, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, ham... The cheff prepared  us delicious omelet with vegetables. There were delicious boulangerie and all kind of breads. We've really enjoyed the breakfast! Coffee, tea... really good coffee!  Best breakfast we've ever tried! Plenty of energy for starting our tour to Mauritius! The decoration of the appartment was very luxury, I cannot stop taking pictures of every corner. The infinitypool was simply perfect! We've been taking a lot of pictures  with the sunset All the staff was superfriendly, specially Sammy, the guy on the reception! He was very nice with us! It was a short stay but intense! Come again after 6 weeks. Great 5 star hotel with great green space . Staff and all workers are fully dedicated to their work and that's the reason for visiting the Hotel . For instance the Food and Beverage Manager, a certain Deven and Luciana, the waiter, Nundlall the cleaner are there to give you the best service. I am honestly sorry if I had not mentioned all the names of all the dedicated workers. In summary there's value for money. So if you want to visit Paradise Island, Mauritius, and not visiting Maritim Resort Hotel at Balaclava, it's will be a great miss in your life.

The surrounding area of the hotel is really desolate, it is farmland, but it is because of this, the hotel is very quiet, not noisy, I like it very much, the suite is really big, my husband and I are super satisfied, only stayed for three nights and felt that it was still unfinished. Mauritius Unless you live near the port of Louisville, the location of the basic resort is relatively remote. Although Banyan is not very big, it is very special. As far as the room is concerned, I feel better than the Long Beach we stayed in because of We also watched the sunset in the northwest area, it was very complete~ the hotel staff were very warm, let us have a warm feeling of home!

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

We first went there for lunch back in November, the service at La Fourchette wasn't great. You've got some trainees who know absolutely nothing doing service, customer service is very poor, and there's some lack of sense of responsibility there. The food was salty and we just ate it and shared our feedback. We came back to stay at the hotel, the reception desk staff isn't very helpful unless you promptly ask them questions. Room is good, spacious, shower is great. However for the breakfast at La Fourchette, we were there at 7.15am, to our surprise there wasn't anyone attending. We waited around 5 minutes then someone came. The breakfast was supposedly a la carte, but we never saw the carte to order. We were again served by the same trainee that was there back in November who knew absolutely nothing. We waited around 45 minutes just to get an omelette. There's very little customer service, very poor service recovery attempt. Strange enough, we were around 6 people having breakfast at that time and yet such a terrible service. I'm from the hospitality industry myself and I'm very disappointed that no effort has been made to take onus of the level of service at La Fourchette. Would we go back again, probably just for dinner or lunch during the promos, but not more than than unfortunately.
