The doors had graffiti on bathroom was disgusting rusty pedal bin in the bathroom carpet warn bed base all ripped

Female member of staff cant praise enough but looks and internal decor let it down.Kept awake with room being stuffy and that was the window open too and the constant flashing of what could be described as an aircraft strobe light ,constantly flashing through out the night.

Wanted a location with quick and easy access to Motorway as we were going to my sons wedding the next day. A little worried about location as we thought it might be prone to noise. We had an excellent nights sleep and were able to get away promptly and easy access to the M2. It is possible to cross over to the other carriageway.

We travelled up from Portsmouth needing a base for visiting friends and stayed at the Medway Travelodge as we’d stayed here before and wasn’t disappointed. Again the staff were really friendly, the room was clean, the shower nice and hot and did everything we needed it to do. No thrills, but a very reliable stay.

I stayed here for two nights and it was the best two nights sleep I ever had. The bed was so comfortable the room was very clean and staff were fantastic. I didn't want to leave at all. I will be coming back here as I thoroughly enjoyed my break away

Everything was as expected...clean, quiet and a good sleep..staff were excepional..shout out to Dave who checked us in as we arrived late and made us feel very welcome and helped with getting us settled..It's an older hotel but one of the best and friendliest we have stayed in.

We needed a base whilst visiting friends and family at Easter. We’ve stayed at the hotel before, we find it very clean with good service from the staff. There’s a service station opposite if you need any food as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant.
