The rooms were clean and recently remodeled. The beds are hard and low to the ground. Even though the hotel only had a few guests, we were given an upstairs room next to the road. Only someone in the office from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Room service is only by a text or phone call. Room service door sign does not mean you will get service. Lowest price for hotel room in Meeker.

Puppy poop several places on the drive by my room. Light by couch broken so hard to read and office closed so nobody to let know. Very clean room. No live tv but I figured out how to stream my You TubeTV Instructions for that would nice
since office closes at 7. Per fee is crazy at $50 for 1 night. I try to stay at places that charge by night not by stay but not much choice in Meeker

Older property, absolutely clean, expertly updated & decorated. The only negative was they really, really need to clean the stairwells and walkways leading to the rooms. I do realize that it’s windy in Colorado, but this does create a negative first impression of an otherwise very nice place.

We were very excited to be in a private cabin. The space was amazing!
However, the cleanliness of it could have been better. There were spider webs in corners, a bit of a smell in the house, and the bathrooms were certainly questionable. If they do a deep cleaning - it would be a PERFECT place! It was also a great location in town.

didn't like: host not very personable; acted nervous/agitated.
small point: picture on ad is misleading. Most rooms are not in the small A-frames, but in a large two story building across parking lot.
