The checkin experience was very fast and easy. The staff was very friendly and effective. The outdoor garden area was cosy and has nice decorations. The room was spotless clean, everything works well. Just the balcony bathtub took very long to fill up with water, which was a downer, as it took more than one hour to fill it up. The breakfast is limited in choices, but good quality. Would be great to have a coffee option. The area is touristic, but quiet. Many good Shaanxi restaurants around and also supermarkets. So for a relaxed stay I'd recommend this place.

I loved it from the moment I saw the courtyard. My kids love to play in the yard, and the bathtub on the balcony is also a small highlight. The hotel is in a community, and you need to call to ask how to get in. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast is a simple meal of egg porridge and side dishes. There are also tea rooms, audio-visual rooms, and four hot spring pools. Just tell the boss in advance that you want to use it, and the boss also asks if you need it. I also called at 10 pm to ask if I came back, a very warm reminder.

一進小院兒就被迷住了，曲徑通幽的感覺，每一處都可以成片。靠近後山，非常安靜，本來鬧着要去玩兒的小朋友看見房間後，也堅持要在房間待一會才出去。房間乾淨整潔，智能馬桶，最喜歡榻榻米上的一抹陽光！服務人員非常熱情，輕聲細語的，院子有四個湯池，下午可以泡。早餐也很乾凈衞生，食材新鮮。我們都非常喜歡！
