Nightmarish public outdoor parking lot. The hotel does not have its own ground or underground parking lot, and there are no staff to assist hotel guests with parking or guidance. During the National Day holiday, I tried my best to be understanding and patient. I called the hotel front desk and told me that I need to find a solution on my own. , but I had no choice but to work hard for more than an hour to get a parking space. Then I walked to the lobby carrying large and small bags in the rain. I didn’t see the battery shuttle bus. I experienced such poor service at a price that was nearly three times the premium. I can only silently come back and write an email to the Ruisili headquarters to complain. I don’t know if it will be useful to the franchise partners?

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good. We are here as a family. Both adults and children like it very much, saying that they will stay again next time. We also had dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was delicious and the waiters were very kind. We took a lot of photos with our mobile phones and cameras, and every one of this place is really great. Our favorite is the infinity pool on the third floor. The water temperature is very suitable, so there is no need to worry about it being cold. My kids and I spent an afternoon swimming in the pool and it was great. The only downside is that the air volume of the air conditioner in the room has been large and there is no way to reduce it. It should be a little faulty. In short, we will definitely come again next time.
