The location is good, it closed the lion monument and walkable distance to the lake. The room is very cold the heated is not really working as it is control by the city government, hence you should bring your own heated blanket if you come during winter. The breakfast is the same for 5 days, and the free flow of drink and ice cream is good

I was there for 2 days, from 9 to 11 May, I was there together with my wife. The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

The Staff was very friendly, one of them was Kevin (I Think), and also two other ladies also on the desk was very helpful in guiding us regarding our travel. We stayed for 3 days and the whole concept of the Hotel was different. We had an infant with us and wanted to change the room we were allotted and they readily agreed and luckily they had one bigger room with king size bed to accommodate them. The breakfast was regular and most importantly the staff being very nice and helpful, which has made an impression on us as this was the first time we traveled to this city. For the amount you pay for this Hotel in Lucerne, it's certainly very cheap for the services you get. It's based on a Theme so most of the rooms have bunker beds so even children would love it. Not much space inside the room or shelves to keep stuff. But then its a budget Hotel. Would stay again if I visit this city again. Its 8 minutes walk from the Station.

The hotel is located really close to the main station which is super convinient and also there are trams stops close by. So in terms of location it was great! just service of the staff are not too great. started off with really intimidating and rude front desk receptionist during check in. He was really rude and did not want to answer questions when we wanted to ask something and when we first arrivdd he just yelled at us to just wait even though we were just standing and waiting. The daily room cleaning staff was also just throwing our personal things around and not really helping put it back . so overall service wasnt too great and rooms were really small but convinient location

Great central location in Area called ENGE opposite station, trams and near supermarkets and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need incl dishwasher KETTLE, TOASTER and fridge and microwave and hob. VERY clean everywhere. Reception, Bar, cleaning and kitchen staff all friendly and helpful but the blonde man who sits in the dining room to register you for breakfast every morning was glum, unwelcoming, lazy and unfriendly. He sat there doing nothing when he should have been replenishing the jams and bread etc. Breakfast is same daily;- (lovely fresh bread), hard boiled cold egg, croissants, Bircher Muesli and 1/2 cereals plus whole apple or orange and drinks. Our appartment studio room was good value £700 for 5 nights 1st to 6th Feb 2024 but was very cramped. A fat person could not get into the bed as the side access was too small as was bedside cupboard. Not enough wardrobe space to hang clothes or floor space to move comfortably. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday evening. Duvet too hot for room.

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly. We arrived a day early for our tour and didn’t think our room would be available yet, but the front staff asked for 15 minutes to check with house keeping. We lucked out and our rooms were available early. 300ish room courtyard side which is only one floor up. Bit of noise from the other side of the hotel due to construction, but not noticeable in our room. Great air con or use the large windows. Shower very hot so you don’t need to set it too high. Bit more modern than my taste, but grows on you and not garish colours. Easy tram ride to the old town for site seeing or take a stroll along the river beside the part. Wonderful gardens. Breakfast is plentiful and can be chaos in the morning when there are three groups in the hotel. Suggestion: Move the centre aisle of tables half a foot to the left so the the aisle on the right when you face the food is a bit larger. Use the first table on the right for the bowls and plates. Helps out those that are shorter. The people flow is better when it is right to left since the coffee machines are on the left. We did this flow the last day in the hotel with our group and it was less congested at the coffee.

The hotel itself is a bit elder, but the rooms are all renovated. The hotel has his own parking places. Good accessibility. The location close to the park and the center is perfect. Everything was fine. I will come back.

We were in this hotel with our family for a week to make a trip to different cities. It is a very clean and quiet hotel. In the hotel there were no mugs (important for us with allergies). The family room is very handy for a family. For a further contribution you can enjoy breakfast, we have done so. We also have parking our car (additional contribution). The staff were very friendly, especially Mrs Alla helped us very well, with a very comfortable stay for us.
