Good location, free parking available in front of the hotel, spacious rooms but old interior, it needs a refurbishment.

My nephew left his iPad behind when he checked out. The front desk quickly located the iPad and reassured my nephew that they had it. They then packaged it up and printed the label, ready for collection by FedEx.

Hotel muy buen situado para ir al parque Warner, con facilidad de aparcamiento (incluso si no quieres usar su parking subterráneo). Hay un centro comercial justo al lado, que amplía las opciones a la hora de comer o cenar e incluso ocio (cines, bolera) Tuvimos un problema con la ventana la primera noche y fueron bastante atentos. El desayuno es algo básico, pero uno de los camareros (Manuel, uno de los mejores profesionales de hostelería que he conocido) está pendiente de proporcionar todo lo necesario. Todo el personal es atento y amable. Agradecemos especialmente a Domingo de recepción, por ayudarnos a tener la habitación que necesitábamos y a Manuel por mejorar tanto nuestros desayunos.

Hotel maravilloso, estoy allí como en casa. El personal excelente, atentos siempre del cliente, son encantadores. Mi hotel de referencia siempre q viajo a Madrid. Lo recomiendo 100%. Su director Roberto y Soraya jefe de recepción para quit**** el sombrero con ellos. Me encanta todo de allí.

El hotel, las instalaciones, la amplitud y comodidad de las habitaciones, pero sin duda lo más valioso su personal. Desde recepcion, limpieza o cafeteria siempre están pendientes y atentos para hacerte la estancia más agradable. Sin duda sigo repitiendo, es como mi segunda casa.

Como positivo:La cama era cómoda. Como negativo: limpieza pobre. El olor en la habitación (la 303) era horrible. El baño sin tapón en la bañera, lo que te impide hacer uso de la misma para bañarte y solo te deja la opción a ducha. Pagas por una comodidad y relajarte y no lo tienes. Teléfono de habitación sin linea o no se escuchaba. Las llamadas a recepción se hicieron desde el teléfono del baño y fueron 3 sin obtener respuesta. Tuvimos que bajar a recepción para solucionar lo de la bañera y tampoco había nadie. Exagerado el precio por una noche y tener esta experiencia.
