The location is great and convenient to all the downtown happenings. The hotel staff were rude, unhelpful and to top it all off the air conditioning was out our entire stay. I asked to be moved to a different room to which the answer was no. Asked do they have fans for situations like this they said no. PLUS they charge my card twice for the room

Good for business travelers! But parking is only valet for 40$! Expensive!

The hotel was very nice. However I had to switch rooms. When I initially asked to get a new room due to it being 80° in my room, I was told to remain in the room because there was a shortage on rooms and maintenance was coming. The compressor kicked on and maintenance told me if it went out again to let them know. Afterwards I turned the tv on and it did not work which required another maintenance request. Finally after about an hour I was able to switch rooms. Everything else was okay after that. Staff could have been a little more accommodating initially. I understand they were busy, but comfort should be of the utmost importance to your hotel guests.

There is a skywalk from Sheraton to the Renasant center. Handy and safe for attending functions there. Staff was helpful and courteous always. I saw them escorting people off the property who were not staying at the hotel, so they do monitor. Sadly, There were lots of homeless people in this area. But I would stay here again in the future.

It took 4 times to ask for 2 cribs for twin toddlers. We didnt get the 2nd crub until midnight. The asian concierge was not helpful at all in this request.

Safe did not work. Missed cleaning room one day. Confused that our reservation included breakfast. Could do a little better and that is reason for not “excellent” rating

Great stay, wonderful staff & delicious continental breakfast. Sad the pool/s weren’t open due to repair, but otherwise enjoyed our stay!

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location can’t get any better. Trolley stop in front of the hotel. Some areas are under construction. It’s an older hotel. When it’s done, it’ll be gorgeous!

Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location for events on north end of Main St and when trolley is running. Pretty quiet. Room was spacious but the hotel needs an upgrade - room was dated and had a funky smell upon entry.
