It was a nice stay, came down to Memphis for a basketball game and the hotel experience made it even better

Check in was at 4 arrived at 5:30 was told room had to be checked for cleanliness, said maybe a half an hour and I would get a call when it was ready, an hour and a half later I had to approach the desk again to ask about the room and was then checked in. The room itself was very nice and clean, all night long it sounded like people were running and jumping in the halls and rooms and it didn’t seem anyone addressed it. The valet staff were the most pleasant and the bright spot in all the staff

Valet parking was horrible, took forever for them to show up and get car and took just as long to retrieve it . No coffee pot in room and it was $10 for two cups of mediocre coffee .

This is two hotels connected. But services were not always available on the side we were staying on. There was a lot of confusion on the part of the staff as to where to go for what. The floor was dirty in our room. No coffee maker in room. Dining options limited.

Clean, modern rooms. However, the lack of staff and customer service is unacceptable. Spent 15 minutes just trying to find the reception desk (there is none) employee at the small (looked like a grocery check out) desk appeared to be under the influence. No signage to tell you where to check in. The property is connected to another, and some exterior doors were locked - just a un-welcoming mess. On top of that, the city was under a BOIL WATER order, due to winter weather/broken pipes. the check-in employee failed to inform me of this. Luckily, I found out from another visitor before drinking the tap water. There were no coffee pots in the room, and no coffee available in the lobby. I had to request bottled water, and was only given two bottles for two guests. IF I WERE RUNNING THIS HOTEL, I would have offered the bottled water at check in. The valet was also absent from his station at check in (6 pm) and check out (10 am). I would avoid staying here due to the complete absence of customer service and staff.

It was unfortunate our room faced a parking lot.
Otherwise it was clean, eco-friendly and centrally located to Beale Street.

This place was cutesy and aesthetic. The bar was extremely overpriced and the bar tender was a little rude. otherwise super great stay!

Valet and check in were a tad confusing - but that could be because we got in late after a full day of driving.
We will absolutely be back.

Beals street and all of the downtown restaurants were in walking distance from the Hotel.. it was our anniversary and we had a great time..
