酒店員工的服務都很不多，停車也很方便。就是酒店陳舊，整個酒店的裝修和設施決定是10年前的感覺。還有酒店提供的肥皂，為了拆它的包裝有點繁瑣。因為早上出門早。酒店的早餐沒有食用。

訂了很多次你們家了，但是昨天真的讓我非常生氣，給了一間靠路邊的房間，半夜12點外面還吵得要死，就讓前台換一間房，説好了，第二天早上再過來拿東西，沒想到，上來一個男保安，開門之後在人還在房間的情況下伸手就拔了房卡，深更半夜導致房間沒有電，然後問他幹什麼，他説前台要求把這張房卡拿走，我説那你要等我拿點東西吧，而且我跟前台説了，我東西半夜不拿了，換個房間明天一早過來收拾，保安居然説，沒關係，我幫你們拿過去，説著就要進房間，請問你半夜一個男保安進女顧客的房間誰允許的？發了火説，是你們的房間不隔音我才要換的，並且你們前台答應好了説明天早上拿東西的，然後那個男保安在我們必備用品都沒拿齊的情況下，拿走房卡，並且是摔門就關上了！請問我是半夜兩個人要睡你們四張床嗎？需要那麼著急拿走房卡嗎？自己房間隔音效果差我看了下評論區不止一個顧客反映了，心裏沒點數嗎？男保安半夜進女顧客的房間是你們允許的嗎？
