Nice and central place to stay, simple rooms, but comfortable. Very good matrasse, the pool is a big plus with hot weather. Friendly and helpful staff. Very recommendable.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it is located in the middle of the city and you can go everywhere. The hotelroom was good, the bed was comfortable and we didn't have any mosquitos or other insects inside. The room gets cleaned everyday wirh fresh towels. But: when it rains the room becomes very humid and the outdoor area of the hotel could be better maintaimed: You can't use the pool, it's green and the table outside are dirty.

The toilet stopped flushing, no one came to fix. Only two plugs in the room, one wouldn’t hold a plug so I had to charge electronics in the bathroom. Drapes wouldn’t close, no privacy. No maid service.

En general bien pero no tiene estacionamiento y el que ofrecen es muy caro, el baño esta pegado a la habitación y lo une una ventana qué no se puede cerrar, por lo demas muy bueno

No es lo que se promueve en *******. Los cuartos con muy poco espacio, el baño los 5 días falló, me cobraron casi 20 dólares para permitir que mi familia que vive en Mérida me visite, cosa que no está en los reglamentos ni en las condiciones en la publicación de *******. Las camas muy incómodas, la piscina con agua más sucia que limpia. Y lo peor es el trato déspota, grosero y majadero del personal en recepción. No vuelvo a realizar alguna reservación a través de ******* ni mucho menos alojarme en ese hotel Mucuy. He visitado hoteles con menos de tres estrellas y con mayor calidad que este.

Très déçu par le comportement du réceptionniste du fait que je parle pas assez bien l espagnol !! J ai passé une très mauvaise nuit, la chambre est située juste a côté de la réception beaucoup de bruit , impossible d etre au calme . Je déconseille cette hotel , il y a beaucoup d autre choix dans la ville .
