The room had a toilet and shower, and the bed was clean and nice. Please note that you will only receive $1 when doing laundry.
The location is great as there is a supermarket right in front.

Happy with the location. Across the road from a pharmacy, Woolworths, butchers.
A block away from Mermaid Beach easy walk.
Not far to drive to Pacific Fair a large shopping complex, cinemas and restaurants.

The room and property was ok. but the group of teenagers staying there and partying all night until 4am in the morning. could not get any sleep. will not be staying here again.

The property is at the tail end of renovations so is very fresh with the occasional new paint smell in some areas. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fresh. The room still has some reno to go but would stay tomorrow if we could. Close to nice cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Traffic could be noisy at time so we would suggest booking a room at the back.
