It was a very nice hotel, even as they were remodeling.

Amazing staff and favorite hotel!! All the workers are amazing and always making our day better.

The hotel is undergoing construction so the hallways and lobby are a mess. The front desk clerk at checkin was very polite and friendly. Check in process was easy. The room was very clean, fresh and newly updated. I wasn’t a fan of the sliding bathroom door.

You couldn’t find the property where the hotel was. It was under massive construction. There was scaffolding and debris everywhere even at the front entrance. My mother who is elderly and disabled was with me. It was unsafe we didn’t even end up staying there. And drove straight through the night all the way home, because it was so unsafe there. I would actually like a refund to my credit card.

No elevator the secound night or water in the morning couldnt shower construction going on and wasnt able to sleep in due to all the noise tons of construction supplies everywhere

The service was ok and the place was clean. I just wish we were given heads up that the place was under construction prior booking as it became pretty loud once the crew started to work on the property

There was a lot of construction going on. They tripped fire alarm at the time of our check in. It went off again at 10:00 pm and 4:30 am. Needless to say we had a hard tine sleeping.

When I arrived I thought the place was shut down because of the construction. Even once I went inside I was shocked to see the condition of the lobby. I checked in anyway and was pleasantly surprised to see that my room was brand new. However, the smoke alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night leaving me with almost NO SLEEP. They should probably be closed for business during remodeling.

It was very difficult to find the way in. It is not marked and it took us 15 min to find the way in with the construction. The young man that worked the night shift was amazing. The girl in the morning was very cold and not welcoming at all.

My husband thought the bed was too hard. Construction noise was a little early. We loved that the room has been nicely renovated recently.

We had a great night here. The staff was amazing. It was great to relax and be able to swim. Breakfast was great. So many different choices

Property itself is nice, staff friendly and pool is great. Unfortunately Yakima is Yakima and the area isnt the best

We had a great stay. The hotel is almost finished being remodeled. Really modern looking. The rooms look so so nice and clean and so so new. Definitely worth the stay. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Really good breakfast. We made a great choice to stay there for the state volleyball tournament. Don’t trust the pictures online, it is way better looking.

The hotel was undergoing major renovation. No notice was given when booking. Access was confusing and difficult. Noise started early. Staff were pretty grouchy and unhelpful. Water pressure was nonexistent and toilet backed up. Breakfast was reasonable but not restocked (no butter). Pool is a plus but hot tub cold the first day. So, not a great stay though the location was perfect.
