The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least.
Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did.
It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out.
Good value for money I’d say

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

The staffs were very helpful.the accommodation conditions was poor.rooms smells and very hot.the AC was noisy.

We stayed for one night only, the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was also great and very closecto good restaurants and shops. Not sure if it was close to any bus/tram station though. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

ETS tur üzerinden Şubat / 22 de Mayıs ayı için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Kalacağım gün teyit amaçlı ve herhangi bir problem olmaması için oteli aradığımda rezervasyondan bir haber cevaplar aldım. Odaların temizliği konusunda uyarmama rağmen. Otele gittiğimde kabul edilemez bir pis ve eski bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldım. ( Oda no 106 ).

Otel tadilatta daha doğrusu inşaat halinde.Berbat bir tesis.ETS tur nasıl olurda bu halde bir otel pazarlar😡 Kayıt anında inşaat var dediler ‘’Gürültü nedeniyle zannettim ve sorun değil ‘’dedim ama kata çıkmamızla şok olduk.Aşağı inip ETS tur aradım ve burada ailemle kalmam imkansız dememize rağmen ‘odayı kabul ettiniz’’dediler .Yuh diyorum.Aldığınız para her ikinize de haram olsun.Kesinlikle uzak durun derim
