The hotel is quite convenient. From T1 is a short walk distance and from T2 there’s a shuttle bus every 15min. To get there from T2, you need to exit from gate 4; towards this gate you can find a Camino Real Hotel office. I stayed overnight, which I think is enough. The hotel room is old, with details on the walls specially in the bathroom. The experience was alright.

The hotel is a very good hotel for you, and it is a good hotel for you. Near the sun forum and the sports palace for if necessary stay **** to rest.

Hotel is fine - looks a little old and worn out but they are clearly in the process of renovating - I had a renovated room which was good - nothing Amazing but good international business hotel standard. My issue was that I had an early morning arrival and called NH directly to confirm how to book this. Being an airport hotel I assumed the concept of people not all checking-in at 3pm and out by 11am would not be that odd ... but in this case airport be damned NH sticks to the standard rules. So .. in order to be sure I skip online booking and talk to an NH agent who assures me that by booking the previous night all will be fine when I show up at 5am... well it wasn't, they processed me as a no-show and tried to charge my credit card, which as a safety measure requires a PIN in foreign countries ... so they cancelled everything - when I showed up they eventually accepted to honour the original rate and made a big show of what a huge favour they were doing since there were only 3 rooms left and told me how I should have called (my mistake, I did EMAIL a couple days before to confirm) but apparently that was wrong.... so not a bad hotel but don't expect any flexibility or accommodations for odd schedules even though its at (actually IN) an airport.

It was right next to the high-speed bus station. Location is great. Because it is a capsule hotel, there is no problem especially if you really just sleep.

We arrived very late, the room was quite good, there was a room in the room that there was already a guest, the room card could not be swiped, the front desk did not find a problem, let the guests repeatedly run several times to swipe the room card. The service work is not fine enough.

I've been traveling a lot in the past couple months and by far, this has been my favorite place. it's clean, comfortable with nice, spacious rooms but the best is the staff. They went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and cared for, I have never experienced just kindness and care in any hotel I've been to. this is always gonna be my go to hotel in Mexico City from now on
