Good value for money and close to airport.

It was extremely hot. And the grab and go breakfast was horrible. One container of coffee no juices no bagels, toast nothing.

We booked a Kingsize bedroom but the hotel gave us a Queensize bedroom and the room was for disability person. The breakfast is very poor. Location is really really unsafe.

Management does not enforce smoking policy - smoke comes up from pool area, corridors stink of it. Supposed to clean rooms once every 7 days - they cleaned room on day 8 then not again for the next 23 days - even after I made phone calls to front desk - it was always ‘your on the list for tomorrow’. If you like living in fotb and second hand smoke you are going to LOVE it here!

I didn’t know the property was pet friendly. The rooms wasn’t clean and there was pet hair over the rooms and smell like pets.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. But overall the this property needs change. The pullout couch was disgusting. Rust and stains all over the mattress no sheets. I requested sheets fresh ones was left at the front desk . The tvs in both rooms kept showing no signals signs on screen . Only one remote for both tvs when requested from the front desk for an extra remote she said we dont have any available. No ice machine at this location. You are required to make your own ice in the room with the tap water from the faucet. Only stayed one night. Woke up the next morning no hot water to take a shower . Just glad its over . Also NO POOL PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

Terrible breakfast. They only had cereal packages and cereal bars. No juice or fruit. Paid $187 for room then was charged $100 to make sure someone doesn't smoke. Was told you will be refunded next day, upon checkout was told you would be reimbursed within 7-10 days! Not worth the money.

The rooms are in need of updates! The pool wasn't in service, and grounds were unkept. High price for nothing! Never again!!!

Let me me start by saying this is a 2 star hotel is a stretch. So many issues. No one at the counter for 20 minutes before we can check in. We could smell **** while in the lobby. The cleck at counter didn't give us any info when checked in other than our room number. When we got to the room it smelled musty like a water leak. The shower had a slow drain. No one ever aswered the guest service phone. Went down stairs to get utensils for 3 people. Gave us 1 knife, 2 folks, 3 spoons and 4 plates. Also asked for sheets for pullout sofa and got the thinnest cover I have ever seen. Two TVs in room and only 1 remote. 1 of 2 vending machine worked with credit card. Neither would take cash. Room was a suite with couch in living room with ac unit and bedroom separate with no ac or fan.

We showed up early and the front desk lady was rude about it and totally dismissed us. We sat in the lobby for 4 hours til they allowed us to check in. The shuttle back to the airport only goes at one time a day, they would not accommodate us at all for the shuttle. This place is more of a long term stay place or a place to live than a hotel. It was loud and noisy about 2:00 In the morning that it woke us up from people yelling in The hallway. The walls thin and you can hear all the tvs around us and the children running and jumping in the room above us. Do not recommend

Very nice area, close to all the 36 st bussines. The people are very approachable and helpful

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. I did not like that as soon as we got to our room the person under is complained about noise. It was not even 6 pm and we literally were just walking across the room. I asked if they could move us to a roomon the first floor and they were full. I reciewed their policy and quiet hours are 10pm-8am. I heard allki ds of people/children making noise all night but my 2 were asleep but I know that we are in a public hotel so noise is bound to happen, so I did not complain.

No ice machine, told to make our own, but only here forv1 night. No restaurants close by. , told to walk. We are 70 years old, had to eat at Burger King and a long walk! Also, waited in lobby for overc1.5 hours and someone comes in and gets waited on first!

The property is overall terrible!! They say they have a complementary breakfast but that is a joke, not even a cup of coffee was an available. I asked for a room for 3 and I had to make up the second bed by myself after asking for the sheets and covers!!! The service was horrible all the way from check in to check out. The room was dirty and the entire facility was dirty and not well kept. It is way too expensive what paid for and what I received; I should get a refund for at least half of that rate
