必須是最差最差的差評！！並且這個差評是同時打給攜程和酒店的！原本酒店的前台以及客房服務讓我們非常滿意，但是統統都是因為這兩個所謂自稱總經理的男士還有自稱餐廳經理的女士的蠻橫無理而破壞了整個酒店的形象，我不得不衹打1分，如果可以的話我認為你們連1分都不配！！！原因如下：第一，餐廳就餐時間裏居然允許帶狗狗進入，這衹狗狗從進入餐廳就開始全身抖動，身上的毛被抖的到處亂飛，嚴重影響了客人們用餐環境和食物被污染卻沒有一個工作人員出面管理。而這個所謂總經理和餐廳經理同樣視而不見自顧談笑風生！！！第二，早上用餐時間客人們還在用餐，但餐廳裏卻不顧及客人感受肆意地調試LED並不斷發出非常刺耳的機器尖叫聲，用餐客人不停地受到驚擾和驚嚇，我們善意提醒可否在其他時間去調音，但是這個所謂的總經理和餐廳經理卻叫囂着説：我們就這樣，你投訴吧！我真是無語：究竟誰給你們二位的底氣和膽氣如此狂妄蠻橫！！！！第三，此事我們第一時間向攜程投訴希望給個説法，攜程至今居然沒有任何合理有效的説法！！

客房除了被子有點潮房間有異味，其餘都挺好，最讓人不滿意的就是餐飲張姓女士聲稱自己是酒店的餐飲經理，那真的非常差勁連一般的服務員都不及，坐那個位置不知道羞愧，對待客人很蠻橫無理，非要讓我訂她意願的餐標，沒有達到她的目的和願望對我橫眉瞪眼嘲諷看不起還從我手裡很惡劣的搶餐標本，並且很勢力眼，看我們定的餐標低了就刨根問底。我當時很氣忘記給她拍視頻留證據了，這種人這麼情緒化老闆的生意危在旦夕啊

酒店真不錯，乾淨衞生，停車場挺大，距離諸葛小鎮不太遠，在勉縣是比較大的酒店，附帶餐廳可以送餐到房間，驚喜的是有紅燒娃娃魚，是人工養殖的，難得一吃，還想再去。
