The hotel environment and safety facilities are good. Unfortunately, the hotel’s TV network is too bad. I can’t see the TV in the room I live in. The waiter said that the TV network has always been bad and it often breaks down. This kind of network facilities is too incompatible with the hotel, it is recommended to solve it as soon as possible.

There is no window in the room, and I told the front desk to change to one with a window, and said that there was no, but I asked a friend to try it, and it turned out that there was a window. The ventilation depends on the air conditioner, which is too loud and the sound insulation effect is not good.

本來訂的標間給安排了大床，大床房的下水不通，和前台溝通換了一間房，結果換的房間又小又臟，而且衞生間的馬桶和馬桶圈都不配套，根本都沒辦法做。本來第1間房安排的不合適，按道理來説正常操作都應該是給同等級的換房或者是升級房間，結果沒想到換到了比第1間房更撇的房間，我問前台能否升級房間前台迴應我説必須加錢才能升級，本以為是因為入住率高所以不給換，結果入住以後發現整個酒店也就衹有我們零星的三五間房在住人，其他的都沒有住人我想請問這麼多的空房率為什麼不能升級房間呢？之前家人來綿陽都是安排在這裏住宿，但是這次不管是從住房設施環境還是人員服務，各方面都非常糟糕。

出差來這裏，訂的最便宜的房間，雖然沒窗户，不過感覺很值這個價，忘了拍房間的照片，拍了點餐廳的菜品，很不錯了。

通洲府酒店特別差，網上下單時顯示的是22一25平米精緻房間，實際衹有不足15平的房間，房間非常小兩個人在裏面都沒有辦法走動，而且洗澡水特別小洗澡都很難完成，Wif連接上了卻顯示無法上網，聯繫總枱説全酒店衹有一個帳號，用的人多了就無法上網，我訂了連住三天最後衹湊合住了一晚就退了，真的是特別的差，以後是再也不會去這家店了。

晚上洗澡水都不熱啦，空調聲音有點大！衞生不太好，早餐不錯！

衹能説這個酒店當年輝煌過，酒店做宴會應該還可以，進房間感覺也還行，感覺枕頭有點矮想換個枕芯，打開櫃子一看有很多黃色污漬，我又看了其他枕芯，有個枕芯上面還有紅色的xue漬，到酒店已經很晚了去其他酒店也不太安全，在被子上面用衣服墊着睡了一晚，當晚一整晚都沒睡好，可惜了酒店的門面了。
