Hotel Auriga

Old store...the environment of a domestic guesthouse or chain store. Compared to my other two hotels in Italy, it is also a world of difference. I was really dumbfounded the moment I opened the door...but the location is very good. There is no kettle in the hotel, which I have never encountered in other countries except the United States. Fortunately, I brought a portable kettle with me; I strongly agree with another comment: the staff seemed to work very hard to help, and there was actually no change in the big issues. Marco at the front desk was very helpful to me with the small issues (I overheard others calling his name), thank you Marco. The platform workers actively assisted, but they couldn't help me when I went downstairs to ask directly. The platform customer service told me that "the other party has been unreachable" but there was someone at the front desk every time I passed by, and even every time I went downstairs to ask, there was someone at the front desk. Yes, so it’s best to go downstairs and ask yourself. As for whether the other party can handle it, it really depends on your luck.

The overall stay was good, the heating was sufficient, the facilities were a bit old but it did not affect the living~

The quilt didn't have a quilt cover, it was sandwiched between two sheets. It was still a little yellowed. The whole family didn't sleep well. The hotel has a good location, close to the train station and very convenient for travel.

Apart from the location near the train station, I had to spend half an hour trying to open the door with my key. It was only October and the whole hotel had no air conditioning. The room was hotter than outside and I slept with the window open for a night. The most outrageous thing was that only the coffee was hot in the breakfast buffet, and you had to pay extra for a fried egg. The whole hotel was decorated in a style from 50 years ago, and everything was very old. It is not a four-star hotel at all, stay away!!!

The hotel is old-fashioned, similar to a hotel. The lobby is dark. The room uses a key instead of a key card. Key cards would be better. But the staff are friendly and willing to help. However, the lift space is very small and there are too few breakfast options. It is not recommended to have hotel breakfast. , the room is large, but the lighting is dim, it would be better if the lighting could be improved.
