This place is a total scam. Do NOT book this apartment. We got to Milan on a Tuesday night, and after figuring out the rather convoluted check in instructions we made our way over the building. We followed the instructions in his youtube video, but the video did make any mention of the door on the 5th floor being locked (by his neighbor) which makes access to this apartment IMPOSSIBLE. So we could not even access the apartment we paid for. Worse than that the host was unresponsive to text messages and phone calls so we were stuck out in the cold at 10:00pm at night after spending all day traveling from the US. Another neighbor told us this had happened before and did not know why this apartment was still allowed to be listed on line. Instead of a relaxing evening getting settled into vacation mode, we finally got to sleep at a hotel downtown at almost 1am. Not a fund way to start your vacation.
Then ********** is telling us that since the owner refused to refund our money we were just out of luck, they were not going to step in and help us out. Terrible way to treat their customers....
