A beautiful property literally a few steps from the station, yet once you step inside you feel a sense of calm and luxury due to the beautiful surroundings and very hospitable staff, from the bellmen, to the front desk, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Our small room with a queen bed in the 6th floor and overlooked the station exterior and park. It was very clean and well appointed. Only the desk looked a bit worn, but certainly a minor point. Comfy beds and pillows. Coffee machine, tea machine, and we loved the Aqua di Parma toiletries with lovely scents. The buffet breakfast was excellent where again, service was very good. I enjoyed the spa services, including the steam room and salt room. Robes and slippers provided and the facilities were complimentary, including the gym and pool. The spa/gym were sparkling and high-end. To top it off, there was a very convenient complimentary hotel shuttle to take you to the sightseeing area of the Duomo and La Scala, and famous shopping area. We felt pampered during our stay!! Highly recommend.

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

The hotel is very close to the train station, more than 10 minutes walk, the subway is also very convenient, not far downstairs, opposite the Westin Hotel. Drinking water is delivered to the room at 7 or 8 pm every night. There is Carrefour nearby, and shopping is also convenient. The only drawback is that there is no hot water bottle, but we brought the hot water bottle completely unusable, and the scale felt heavy. The first day was in the morning. I could n’t get the room yet. I wanted to open the box and pick up something. The hotel manager, who opened the office for us with pictures, would keep things from getting messy in front of everyone.

I love this hotel. It is located centrally and the receptionist was accommodating. The room was clean and there was a hot water in the shower. There’s also an electric kettle and teas and coffees, a safety deposit box to keep my valuable things such as my passport and purse. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough. My husband and I just stayed at Hotel Bristol for 7 nights since we arrived at Milan via train from Venice and we also wanted a central location for easy travel to various areas, including Malpensa airport. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just a few mins’ walk to the Milano Centrale station and about 7 mins’ walk to the bus stop for the bus to Malpensa airport. We stayed in a triple room as we wanted more space for the room. Our allocated room has a small living area and the bedroom is separate. The room is clean and the space is very good for us. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will stay at Hotel Bristol again when we are in Milan.

The location of the hotel is quite good, as the friends in front said, passing through a small garden to the most famous street, then the hotel's second promenade and cathedral. Service is unparalleled, the room is a little bit dated though there was some wear and tear on the furniture. It’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star due to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings. I’ve been at better 4 star hotels at less than half the price so it’s a bit disappointing in that regard. Service is excellent, the staff go above and beyond for their guests. They were able to get my menstrual pads, toothpastes and wine glasses. The lovely staff at concierge even gave us bar snacks for our byo wine and when I first checked in, a map with recommendations of what to see. Shame the room doesn’t match the service.

excellent location of this hotel with 10 min walking distance to Milano Centrale, metro station just outside and friendly staff. Our triple bedroom was great, for 3 adults more than enough - great beds, great bathroom with all neccessities, very clean and spacious. breakfast is good (only one thing missing was scrambled eggs but pleanty of other stuff) - and great great thing from ladies on the reception, we were welcomed with complimentary espresso as welcome drink, such a warm gesture from them :-)
