公寓位置很好，樓層也高，視線非常好，拉開窗簾兩公園景色盡收眼底，尤其是主卧室可以同時欣賞湖泉生態園與紅河水鄉兩公園景色，客廳沙發上一趟，還可以欣賞湖裡飆船，比較而言，我更喜歡晚上的景色，晚上湖泉生態園與紅河水鄉都燈光璀璨，這兩個公園一個在左前方，一個在右前方，吃的也多，小區邊上就有很多吃的，大吃小吃都方便。本次選擇的住處很是滿意，老闆人很好，礦泉水都是提供桶裝的，還把彌勒周邊遊玩攻略發給我，很貼心，衹是稍微有點囉嗦。兩室一廳的平層套房，也適合帶着長者和小孩過來入住，下次爭取帶着家人一起過來玩再住這裏。住這裏到東風韻、太平湖都不遠，不想遠處去玩，吃完飯就在生態園逛逛或者紅河水鄉公園散步也很好，呼吸一下新鮮空氣，特別舒服，小區內也是小橋流水的，到處都是鮮花，屋裡也乾淨衞生，唯有不足是衞生間沒有乾濕分區，不過到也乾淨整潔，下次來彌勒還會選擇到這裏住。

房子位置和風景確實不錯，前後兩個湖景盡收眼底，老闆態度也很熱情，不過屋裡設施有些陳舊，床上褥子有些單薄，空調也特別不給力，風忽大忽小，一會冷一會熱， 感覺特別不舒服，最後不用了，不能做飯…這個房價，性價比有點低，按金有的不要，有的100，她家300.這個設施不值這個房價，同等條件的房型150左右，在雲南不是很滿意的一次。

位置好，樓層高，視線很好。
停車旺季很不方便，地面停車位不一定有，提前和房東問清楚吧，我反正不會溝通我看不懂他説啥。
但衞生間和小廚房區域，這些地方需要深層清洗一下，另外熱水器差評，可能是樓層高水太小了（但我家自己也是高層），另外洗手液也沒有，這些基本的條件最好改善下，小費用，大收穫。
淡季價格多少不知道，旺季這個面積和衞生間設施就太過於簡陋哦，廉租房即視感。

公寓在湖泉生態園和紅河水鄉之間，步行到這兩個景點僅10分鐘，房子視野開闊，每個房間都可見湖景和夜景，房間舒適，設施齊全，用品整潔，小區周邊食市多，出行和飲食方便。店家服務周到，得知小區停水後即送來桶裝水，值得信賴！

✨我是本地人在外生活，很喜歡家鄉的環境，這次帶着家人回來探親，果斷定了這一家民宿，民宿就在湖泉灣一號小區裏，安全，交通便利，前面可以看到湖泉生態園後面可以看紅河水鄉。

到雲南旅遊，入住這家民宿，感覺可以用驚艷來形容。基本的設施一應俱全。最美的莫過於所有的房間都可以眺望美麗的湖景。朝迎朝陽，夕看晚霞，躺在貴妃榻上，眺望湖景與晚霞相映成趣，真是至高享受。在主卧的轉角窗口，視野開闊到基本上半個城盡收眼底。入夜後，還有美麗的城景也是印象深刻。有一次還看到湖邊放煙花，像過節一樣。總之，彌勒給我留下很美的印象，這家民宿也給我留下難忘的印象。

非常喜歡，四人入住超級划算，小區所有停車位都在樹蔭下，周圍各類美食包圍；離紅河水鄉和湖泉生態園非常近，直線距離估計不到100米，清晨和傍晚，帶上魚竿，徒步幾分鐘就能到湖泉生態園湖邊，享受免費垂釣，驅車去彌勒市的其它景點也非常從容。每個房間都説湖景房，包括衞生間😊
