Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Xscape)

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The staff are great here, and Rej was outstanding. I love his banter. He is a great laugh. The beefeater next door served good food and Michelle who served me my food was nice. The parking is plentiful and the location is very convenient.

What can I say, this place was amazing. The room was spotless and everything I needed was there. the staff were amazing, Rej on the front desk is lovely and full of character. I arrived late however was all already booked in prepared for late arrivals. this allowed me to get some well needed rest right away. would 100% come back again

Lovely hotel! We have been back many times. Our friend Rej is more than helpful and makes our stay much more welcoming. The facilities are great and location is spot on, very close to many bars and restaurants. Best hotel in Milton Keynes, any problems always ask for Rej😁.

I stayed here for six nights and the bed was comfortable and tidy. The hotel is in a very good location, central to every where. The parking is fine. It’s plenty. I would say the staff are also lovely and helpful and special thanks to Mr. Rej.

Excellent location , well kept rooms, special shoutout to Rej on reception who was great, A font of local knowledge and a great ambassador for the brand Staff do a fantastic job, and were most welcoming. Premier Inn invest in some AC to make the place perfect!!

Came here for a refresher and time to relax and was served by Reg, who I've seen many times over the years I've been coming here, will happily stay again! Rooms are always clean and the same. Reg was always happy to see me and I was of him. Also had breakfast included everytime.

We were staying here overnight after celebrating my wife's birthday, close proximity to the Beefeater (where we ate) and reasonable walking distance to the Theatre District and Xscape. The man on reception was very helpful explaining the parking arrangements, given that the hotel shares a pay and display car park. In short you don't pay for the evening hours. Room, as was expected perfectly clean and everything was working. Only failing to prevent giving the stay a high rating was that the access panel under the sink fell out and grazed my leg. It could have been worse had it not touched my leg first. Reported it as an accident/near miss and moved on.

One of the cosiest well located Premier Inn's we have stayed in. Room spotless. Towels white & fluffy. Bedding crisp. Rej went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and really made us feel at home - he is such a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable gentleman and is an excellent role model for the brand. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, cleanliness, value, friendliness of front of house staff and location. Thank you.

Brilliant service by Rej, very helpful and friendly. He gave me great suggestions. He showed me the parking and he actually came out which is very much outstanding. Rej saved me a lot of money. Plenty of parking and the food at the Beefeater was nice.
